We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe. This home offers the best of both worlds - quiet mountain setting that is a 10-minute drive to downtown - amazing how you hear no traffic from the home. Lots of space for gathering and lots of nooks for quiet downtime and reading. The owners have a downtown art gallery and furnish the home with beautiful furniture pieces and lighting. The owners are fabulous with communication. We will definitely return!

This house and property is gorgeous, welcoming, and comfortable. It is beautifully appointed, with many personal and thoughtful touches. The scenery is spectacular. Our host was friendly and communicated quite well, quickly answered questions we had, and offered extras if we were interested. Our group consisted of 6 women friends who meet once a year and this year we chose Santa Fe. This property more than accommodated us and exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is VERY highly recommended.

This property was as beautiful and incredible as advertised. Alan was an excellent communicator and very responsive to our questions. He also had great recommendations for places to eat and visit in downtown are surrounding area. This home has incredible solitude for being so close to town. The sunset views are incredible, as were the "cool" high desert temperatures for early July. We are already planning a return trip for sometime next year.

We had an older-adult family get together at the site. It was perfect! Very peaceful and beautiful setting. The interior of the house is gorgeous. Everything was well-stocked, working. and impeccably clean. Nice tables and lamps from the owner's gallery in Santa Fe. Lots of decks and other outdoor areas that we used frequently. The location is secluded, but still easily drivable to all of the attractions of the city center. We did a couple of great hikes--one near the ski area and the other to Picacho Peak. Several large groceries about 6 miles away. The best beans and posole just a short drive away at Tesuque Market. All in all the house worked very well for us with no significant negatives. Thanks!

Our group of four couples had a lovely stay in early June, and were blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the house, which sits on a spacious 5-acre lot. The artwork is well curated, and we all enjoyed how beautiful the house was decorated. The kitchen was especially well stocked with all the cookware we needed, as well as a generous selection of glassware, dishes, utensils, and additions like ziplock bags, foil, etc. We were a little surprised at the configuration of the bedrooms with baths, so I'll clarify for guests who may find this information useful. There is a gorgeous master suite on the main floor, as well as a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the lower level. There are three additional bedrooms on the lower level, but they all share one bathroom (which wasn't ideal for our situation). Additionally there is a full bath on the main floor, but it's not really convenient for the use of the lower-level bedrooms. Though the house is air-conditioned, they are mini-split air conditioners rather than central air, and during our stay it was unseasonably hot for Santa Fe -- especially in the kitchen. Some of our group commented that their bedroom was hot, as they didn't have a fan. I'm sure it is absolutely magical during the fall and winter! Don't miss the sunsets from the rooftop deck -- they were absolutely spectacular!

The home is amazingly beautifully decorated. The large windows everywhere are wonderful. Outside sitting areas galore. Upstairs deck perfect for family and star gazing. Hot tub was a BIG hit. Wildlife sightings from house--coyote, rabbit, birds. Wonderful for our family vacation!

We had a family reunion of siblings & spouses at this lovely property. Our host was amazing and attentive, immediately working to solve any issues we had. We enjoyed the benefit of two living areas, with top quality furnishings, which helped us relax and rest while vacationing. The master suite on the main floor was fantastic; the tree-top view was wonderful - like sleeping in a tree house! Our only regret is that we had high winds and rain during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside decks and garden areas as much as we wanted.

Very clean inside and outside. Location is great for ski Santa Fe or going into town or Four Seasons is just a few minutes away.The house has been crafted by a artist. The wood work the Venetian plaster, interior of house is beautifully crafted. The sunsets are beautiful from the living room. Wonderful people to deal with!!
