The house is spacious, clean and well decor; howe, we did not know that the gas stove did not work. After it was turned on, we smelled gas. We contacted the host around 9:30 pm to make sure if the house was equipped with carbon dioxide detector and if they could fix the problem. I did not receive any response till the next morning.

House located in a very quiet neighborhood. It has the basics to be perfectly for a few days. Highlight the great attention from the hostess Vanessa.

The home was spacious which was great when traveling with children! Each bedroom had a tv which was helpful during the storm! There was a nice dinning area for our family to sit at the table and eat together. There is a backyard that looked nice although we didn’t spend time in it due to weather. The host was quick to respond and check in was very easy. It was about 15 to 20 minutes to Disney, there were a bunch of stores and quick restaurants nearby yet the house itself was in a quite neighborhood 😊

We really enjoyed our stay minus one fact....the roofers! The host had the roof replaced during our stay and the roofers only worked on the weekend...starting at 8am! We were woken to loud banging all over the roof which is not ideal when trying to relax. Now I know we can't always choose when a roofing company can perform the work, but maybe try to choose dates when the house isn't rented out. However, having said that, it really was a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay and everything else about the house was great.

Love the house it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. House was really clean. It feel like home. The store’s where at close distance.

Vanessa & Joseph were accommodating host.😃 We appreciated the extra pillows and blankets for our family. Everything was as described. The washer/ dryer was helpful eliminating bringing dirty laundry home. I would have appreciated an extra set of towels for our week stay. We at least got to wash towels and get clean towels from clean laundry area. You needed to purchase your own laundry detergent & dryer sheets which we prefer to buy our own. Wasn’t a problem. Spacious home with tasteful decor & lots of closet space. The kitchen was simple with drip coffee maker and toaster. We are use to using our Kerrig coffee makers at home and at previous VRBO rentals. We wish there was a blender for our daily smoothies. Ice maker was turned off without option to turn on. There was a two slice toaster but was with a 3 bedroom rental a 4 slice toaster would have been faster & more convenient when preparing breakfast for family. Gas stove was great! Home was charming although the only negative thing was the front door has a glass decor that you can visibly see inside living area of home from the street for less privacy. Although, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We did see people walking their dogs coming down the street looking right through the front door. We realize with Covid- there was no kitchen cooking oil or seasonings in cabinets to share except pepper & salt. The bedrooms were comfy with central ac/ heater with ceiling fans above beds. Nice rental!😄

Good place to stay for a night, maybe two, if you're planning on sightseeing and eating out. Beds were comfortable, parking and access was pretty easy. Would definitely go back; good option for a work trip.
