Wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and inviting with a large bathroom. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

If u biok on this website, be prepared to be up charged. The price i was quoted was different. The hotel did not honor the price i was quoted. Had to pay way more. I wasnot expecting that. For that reason will not stay again.

When my family and I arrived, we checked in at the front desk. The person at desk said we were all set. Once we arrived to room I quickly realized it wasn’t the room I paid for, as I originally reserved a 2 bdrm suite. So I went back down to desk and the manager proceeded to tell me that there was a family reunion in town and that they didn’t have any more rooms. I then asked why didn’t she tell me that at first when she gave me the room keys, and she said she didn’t realize it at the time. It was never an apology, they didn’t offer any type of accommodation of any sort for the inconvenience. My room was reserved weeks in advance. We also had to keep going downstairs to receive towels, blankets, pillows, anything extra we needed. Needless to say, we were a bit cramped with just the 1 bedroom and were not accommodated. I expected better service for the amount of money that was paid I was extremely disappointed and still haven’t received my price adjustment. I’m on vacation with family right now so I’ll have to wait because I don’t want to stress. I will be taking my concerns much higher

We stayed here the first three nights then came back two nights before flying home. We appreciated all the amenities and feeling safe in the business area of town. They even had a police car in the parking lot 24/7. Breakfast and snack bar in the evening were great. We only had one day they didn’t get to cleaning our room until after 5pm so I skipped it as we were flying home the next morning. I would definitely recommend.

The actual hotel stay was great, but it’s been 6 days & still not even a call back about being charged twice for the room. Very much a “not my job” vibe among the staff I’ve spoken to about this.

I frequent Embassy Suites when I travel (because I love the breakfast) and I must say that this property was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk was prompt and efficient with check in. Overall, its hard to really compare with other Embassy Suites because the one's that I've stayed in have all been nice (this one is a newer property), but compared to other hotels within this hotel tier, this one is at the highest level!

Normally I do not complain or give bad reviews but….Our trip got off to a rough start with some confusion with the shuttle from the airport. Checked in, quickly dropped stuff in the room and left for a concert. Upon return heard the room’s smoke detector beep, every 35 seconds. Contacted front desk but could not get it fixed and no other available rooms. No offer was made to discount our stay. After a long night went to check out only to discover that all 3 elevators weren’t working and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with my semi ambulatory son. Thankfully it was only a one night stay as it was NOT worth the money paid.

It was just a great stay!

There was a water main break in Atlanta and I had no water at my home. I booked it as a "staycation" and was very pleased! I will stay again!

Great value for the money paid. Happy hour and breakfast was great. Staff seemed that they really enjoyed working there. Would return if traveling via Atlanta.

After arriving very late, we weren’t able to experience everything the hotel has to offer. And, sadly, the pool was closed in the morning which was 95% of why we chose this hotel.

The air conditioning was out on the sixth floor. They claimed to be sold out and would not change rooms. I also booked a king bed and they said that all they had was a room with 2 beds. Even the fan portion of the air conditioner would not blow the hot air around. The front desk said that the compressor was being repaired or replaced so beware of this hotel. I am not sure if I was placed in this room because I was booked through Expedia or not but I will never book a room at this hotel again. They did have maintenance bring me an industrial strength fan to blow the hot air around. I just find it odd that the temp was about 70 degrees in the hallway just outside of my room and 75 degrees plus in my room. I got about 2 hours of sleep due to sweating all night. It’s a nice and newer looking hotel in appearance.

Our stay here is always great! The hotel is clean and up to expectations. The staff, in the entire hotel, is friendly and always goes above and beyond. Most importantly, there is always security in the parking area. This is our go to hotel!

Very nice hotel, one of the best near the Airport...

We came to support our daughter that is on the dance line at Fort Valley state University as they participated in the HBCU culture battle of the bands at the State Farm Arena. My family stayed over night and it was wonderful, the breakfast was superb, not the usual continental breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had our worst ever hotel experience here. Because of flight delays our 12 AM arrival ended up being a 3 AM arrival.We were exhausted and ready for some sleep. We had booked 2 nights so that we could sleep in and catch an evening connecting flight he following day. Imagine our surprise when we learned that there was no longer any booking as they had overbooked and deleted our stay. We called Hotels.com and they booked us another room nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn at 4 AM. However when we called the place to confirm, they informed us that check in was at 3 PM and they would not honor this reservation. This is when we learned about the daily audit , a dead zone in the wee hours of the day that make it near impossible to find a room. The previous day is tallied and a new day doesn't begin until afternoon check in the following day. We placed about ten frantic calls all saying the same thing until someone finally sympathized and allowed us to check in at 5 AM. Hotels.com eventually refunded us for both days. What an education in corporate ruthlessness. It was a nightmare experience for us. The desk clerk at Embassy was magnificent in helping us sort out this impossible experience. I had never heard of a hotel just dropping a reservation between the floorboards like this when it becomes more convenient and profitable for them to just delete us. No notification. Nothing. Just a terrible experience.
