It was well placed for the German Medical Institute Hospital. I liked that it was clean, had the washing facilities. Access systems are easy to use, proportions of the studio are good, and appliances are adequate.

I would have liked cockroach spray in the apartment and a warning that they could fly, so not to leave windows open. TV use confused and didn't feel comfortable putting my own log on details into the TV. Instructions for use of the cooker would also have been helpful. Not enough pillows and hypoallergenic pillows were expected, but feather like ones were there, which irritated the skin. As well as not enough of them.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet unweit einer stark befahrenen Straße, sodass der Straßenlärm bis auf wenige Nachtstunden bis zur Ferienwohnung dringen. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Straßen und Wohnhäuser ohne umliegende Begrünung. Im Grundstück befinden sich Parkplätze.

Die Küchenausstattung enthielt keine Möglichkeit zum Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Der bereit stehende Wasserkocher besaß nicht den passenden Steckdosenanschluss und war insoweit nicht nutzbar. Auf unsere umgehende Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter und Bitte zur Bereitstellung eines Adapters ist eine zeitnahe und unkomplizierte Übergabe eines Adapters nicht zustande gekommen. Vielmehr wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir für die Betreibung unserer persönlichen elektrischen Geräte selbst zu sorgen hätten. Die Küche enthielt auch kein Gefäß für Heißgetränke. Die Stecker-Problematik bestand auch bei den Nachtischlampen und dem Bildschirm zum Fernsehen. Einen Anschluss für den Empfang von Fernsehen haben wir auch nicht entdeckt.

Missing some small but essential things to feel excellent: provided electrical appliances not suitable for British plugs! (that are in the property and overall in Cyprus). For example, electrical kettle, bedside lamps we could not use because they were EU standard. No adapters available. Only small mirrors in the apartment (you can not see if you look ok in full size :). Missing the basic things that we expected to be provided (although not included in the description)- no salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cooking oil, baking paper, etc. No laundry detergent (although washing machine is available), hand soap only in one of the bathrooms. If these small things could be fixed this would be an exceptional place to stay.

Everything was just perfect! New building, nice decor and atmosphere!

great place for staying with family. on the other side from ring road, but it took us 6-7 minutes to city beach and Malindi beach by car. apartment has parking lot for apartment. also street parking is free around apartment. we had a great apartment with terrace on the north so it was hot only in the morning. we spend great time in the evening overlooking the surroundings.
