Everything was good except for the people that drank outside of the hotel.

Awesome place to stay friendly staff i will stay tgere again

Cards kept not working so we started with 1 card and ended up with 4 cards in which only one worked. Facility was non smoking but the hotel even up to the 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes and weed. Cleaning staff would be talking loudly outside our room as early as 7:15am. Lots of loitering in the parking lot, people living in their vehicles, one guy dumpster diving. While we have a lot of sympathy for situations like this, we overall felt unsafe due to the lack of attention that the hotel had to this After one outing, we came back to our hotel and found a kinder egg on our nightstand...we do not eat kinder eggs and have no kids. At that point we left one night early to enjoy our home.

I always enjoy staying here. Would prefer more security to monitor who is going into elevators after 9 pm.

At check out the staff tried charging my Visa for the room, I booked through Expedia which was paid.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience with regards to the hotel and the staff. We were a little concerned about the surrounding area but it wasn't a problem.

New and clean

The artwork on the building gives it a distinctive and unique appearance. However, despite the hotel being only three years old, it already looks quite worn. When we arrived, two people were smoking near the front entrance, despite the signs prohibiting it, and the area didn’t look very appealing. I was also concerned about the safety of my car in the parking lot. The check-in process at the front desk took longer than expected, and the staff were somewhat brusque. The room itself was large but felt empty due to its odd layout; the walls were chipped and scuffed. The bathroom had a peculiar design, though it was clean, which was my primary concern. For the price I would probably not recommend the place or consider it again.

Unruly wedding guests. Music way too loud and fist fights.

It is a clean, quite, efficient hotel for next day air travel purposes.

asked for towels and sheets several times from front desk, nothing was ever delivered. basically no services. breakfast was atrocious but cheapish. witnessed a fight break out in front of the hotel from a wedding party. staff was friendly. would not come here again to be honest.

Clean, well-kept rooms, convenient location. Excellent facilities including pool with waterslide. Great option for families. Front desk team very helpful but sometimes understaffed to deal with number of guests.

The staffs are friendly and the place is a walking distance to the mall.

Everything was fine and most likely to stay at again.

Quiet! Rooms are very nice n clean

In the evening there was a security guard in the parking lot. That made me wonder why there is a security guard. I grew up in Winnipeg; unfortunately there seems to be more people struggling with homelessness, addictions and violence. Nothing happened, you just need to be aware and alert. The hotel itself is new, clean and safe. I loved all the Indigenous art and signage. The staff were lovely and kind.

Clean and modern, front reception was very pleasant to deal with!

Things changed from the last time I stayed here. No loiterers or hoodlums, check in was fast. No loud noises just peace and quiet.

Really nice hotel. We did not have a microwave, but apparently you can request one. It would be nice to have laundry facilities on the premisses.

Nice quiet place and clean inside. The outaide garbage right outside the front entry was always full and made the place look unkempt - I recommend more effort be made to constantly clean this as that is an unfavourable first impression and esthetically displeasing (gives false impression of this hotel).

Close to the movie theatre and shopping.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! A few changes to the rooms like close-able curtains and adjustable TVs would be nice but everything else was great!

Its a nice safe quiet location. Allnthe staff were phenomenal and very friendly and courteous. The rooms and cleaning staff were also phenomenal.

It was a good stay, Very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient area of town. Prices were very reasonable, and affordable. Love the cultural aspect of the hotel.
