The room was so clean and really nice to stay in, it almost made me want to stay longer! The complex is beautiful and feels safe. For the price, this place is unbeatable!
The location is a bit out of the way from things in Phoenix but that didn't bother me. I found the robot difficult to navigate upon checking out.
3.5
No staff there to help, self service kiosks, only one was working so that created a line. No one to attend the tablets if any issues arose. Unable to check in to my hotel even though I paid for two nights. Would not recommend.
3.5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The facility seems very secure and comfortable.
The shower control was difficult to turn off and in need of maintenance. The bathroom door was hanging loose on it's hinges and would not close. The check-in system is awkward and frustrating. This was the second time I've stayed and it still required too many steps to get through. It is placed too low requiring one to bend over while using it.
The long-distance assistant was very friendly and helpful though.

The room was very nice, clean, and updated, a good value for the price.
The digital check-in system was horrible and took a long time to get through. It's speaker system was muffled which made getting help difficult and it's placement was so low it required bending over to use it.

The courtyard was a great place to hang around. The pool was clean and warm.
We had the handicap accessible shower and water sent everywhere when you showered. I had to mop the floor with a towel after every shower.
Wish there was a microwave in the water/ice area.

Location
It was just a room, locked with walls all around, no amenities and no staff. After making the reservation, I was constantly harassed about checking in and then the checking process was intense. Asking to upload copies of my DL and taking my photo. Makes sense now as there is no staff onsite. The text messages have been non stop and annoying.

Beds were nice
Location is old, outdated. No staff on site and no room service the 3 nights we were there. No new towels or wash cloths the entire stay or beds made.

I never actually got to stay there becuase in the 5 days following I was bombarded with literally dozens of email and texts asking me to create an account and verify my identity. Out of concern of fraud I did not and did not stay at the property but was still charged in full. Apparently there is zero on site staffing and that's why they require some additional "identify " no thanks on both accounts. Hard Pass

It's a very cute property, very affordable, and is close to Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Hole in the Rock, and Papago Park. Automatic check-in was seamless, the property is secure and safe at all times, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. I also liked that there were streaming options on the tv so I could watch Netflix and Hulu, the fridge in the room was convenient and appreciated, and my son, despite it being a cooler winter day, enjoyed the pool.
I wish the on-site restaurant had been open as there aren't a whole lot of dining options in the immediate area.

Updated design of room, nearness to center of Scottsdale.
Nothing😎

Super comfy beds and pillows, the checkout was super easy with the building and room locks codes shared on the app. The room was new and looked good.
I wish there was the option to include breakfast in the deal, the surrounding can be a little scary (there was a dumpster right in front of my bedroom with a cat making noises at night, we also heard animals running noises inside the walls at night).

the property is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and the whole property is very cute. it was a great location, about 5 minutes from old town. Not walking distance but perfect if you have a vehicle. The beds were so comfy and they provided a white noise machine which seemed random but was a nice touch!
no complaints

Very clean, the most comfortable bed I’ve had in hotel in years!!!
No microwave - but that’s ok

I like that it was a little neighborhood for hotel rooms like a gated community
I couldn’t find the gym room, and our room was right next to the gate and I could hear everytime the door shut, and the neighbors above were having a party when I was trying to sleep

Did not have breakfast. Room was clean.
Need better lighting in the hallway to see the keypads. Remote for the TV is out dated particularly the sound buttons on the side of the remote. Took a while to figure that out. Signage for hotel should be more pronounced.

Hotel was as advertised and there is a world call sushi restaurant in the hotel.

Everything was amazing the staff and the hotel will definitely be back again
They didn't clean our room

Smart TV (streaming). Nice flooring in the room, looked okay.
Roaches in my room on two of the nights, and the shower smelled like sewer. Small room.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean.
The back parking area felt sketchy. The room was smaller than we anticipated

Construction next door, no microwave, no breakfast, no vending machine even

Paying for parking
3.5
Clean, comfortable room. I couldn't access the internet but the staff helped resolve the problem quickly. Parking was easy.
Not enough light in the bedroom. The tiny round table was not big enough for my small laptop computer. Since there was no desk I wanted to sit at a table in the restaurant, but it was closed (supposedly being remodeld).

The pool was decent, even fairly warm, it was a cozy set up with lounge chairs/tables, and a shower too. It was giving Palm Springs vibes. The cafe was a plus, with vegan options too, toast w/avo or a an avo/potato breakfast burrito ( very accommodating). The coffee in the room was superb, very(strong). The room was giving beach vibes, (airy, chic, & clean). Also included, was a clothing Iron w/ board, a blow dryer, mini fridge, and lengthy desk space. Also before check in, we held our belongs inside the lockers. Staff is splendid & helpful. There are plenty of restaurants & cafes within a mile radius. The pho house was amazing, absolutely phenomenal. The Mexican restaurant was decent too. There’s also The Canal Club, a Cuban cuisine, I highly recommend. It’s a perfect ambiance for a date night.
Hot tub wasn’t included, as they don’t have one, but the pools temperature made up for it. They offer hot water/tea in the lobby, though they should think about investing in a coffee machine. A lot of boutique hotels have seemed to get with that program, as a flight attendant I have noticed this trend. Also wouldn’t hurt to include some cute warm lights streamed between the palm trees by the pool, maybe plant some hammocks in the middle section on the grass. Just saying, it would make a nice touch, more of an attraction & bring more of a unique style to the property.

These reviews make me laugh, read the description before buying. The hotel can’t control outside construction, workers don’t start till later in the day (when we were there anyway) & we had no noise issues. Pool was perfect, even though there’s no reception getting in and out is simple they just give a code and it’s self check in I was easily able to find or phone someone for questions, I believe her name was Bridgett, she was wonderful. Rooms are clean and stocked , grounds are clean and nice amenities. Very close to the zoo & botanical gardens along with other many other places.
The only issue we had was where our room is closest to is the restaurant parking & the construction workers were along the back end of the second closest parking spot but we were able to navigate it as it wasn’t busy through the week.

staff were very friendly and accommodating
my room was dirty and the curtains were falling. the maintenance man was trying to fix the curtains for an hour and a half as I was trying to put my 1 year to bed. the floors were dirty and room didn’t seem to be cleaned. after 5 minutes of walking in the floor in the room my feet were black. the room was smaller then I thought which was my fault for not reading but it is not big enough for families with young children. after trying to put my child to bed for a while and the other issues in the room I went to the office and talked to the staff there. they didn’t have any other rooms available but did move me to another location and even upgraded my room to a one bedroom apartment free of charge. I had issues with this location but the staff helped and the new location was excellent.

1. After 17 hours of travel, a bottle of water would be nice. If that's too expensive for the hotel, at less make a vending machine available. The water machine is only available during lobby hours, and I landed at 23.00, which is outside of lobby hours.
2. Extra cleaning charge is unacceptable and does not match my expectations from a hotel stay. I understand environmental arguments and that cleaning should be ordered and not by default, but nowhere else in the world did anyone charge me 35$ for cleaning.
3. A drunk person in the hotel got a little violent and made a whole bunch of people feel unsafe. It took way too long for the staff to handle him.
4. I was promised in the chat that my parking pass would wait for me in the room because I arrived after lobby hours. Of course, it wasn't there—a waste of my time. By the way, no one else had a pass next to me, and I asked some random guests if they paid for parking; they didn't. I guess I was the only fool there.
5. I needed to print an important document, and the lobby didn't have a printer, or the hotel didn't offer print services. I had to drive and find a FedEx shop. What a waste of time.
6. The fitness center is a joke. 3 old machines in a tiny room. The TV is not working there.

did not feel clean , had plumbing issues and had to move
3.5
The bed was comfy the shower is a good size and it was nice they provided shower products
There isn't a closet, no hot tub, the restaurant was not open. The water went out but, that got fixed. The wifi went out that was being worked on. They were more then happy to move us to their other property. Also, no where in the ad for booking this site does it say YOU HAVE TO pay for parking. It's not even a secured site!
I also think that there should be a microwave in the room. Adding make-up remover would be nice

Probably THE most comfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! I felt like I was in a warm cloud. (The mattress topper was fabulous.) Very clean, quiet, close to airy and Bot. Gardens.
Only one night stand and only one table lamp for the two beds. Very awkward!

lovely pool and chill zones in the property
location - pretty far away from old town and downtown. definitely need a car. floors were dirty.
