The room was clean and well kitted out, with fridge/freezer, full sized gas cooker, microwave oven, two king-sized beds, plenty of clean towels, and a lovely shower.

The microwave had a very bright light that shone directly towards the bed. The room was extremely warm - but that's our fault for not turning the heating down.

Wasroom door was not closing

Had a tiny kitchen so making food was an option. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Full sized fridge, microwave. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Fairly quiet street. Absolute gem of a place and I hope to stay here again anytime I'm passing through Hope!

We needed a last-minute place to sleep for the night because we didn't want to drive the Coquihalla/Connector in the dark/fog. The location was convenient and it was clean and comfortable.

workers were banging on the door at 6;00am, for several minutes. It was next door for a unit being renovated, but it sounded like our door. It woke me up. Not good!

The motel was clean and had many amenities and extras for a motel which is so reasonable in price.. The motel even provided an extra large fluffy dog bed with a fitted sheet to cover. I’m really impressed with the new appliances. I travel with my small dog and a young lady with Down syndrome and I must say we really enjoy this motel( we have stayed at others in Hope but we choose this place due to the cleanliness, small extras like the toiletries, location is walkable to get food and a gas station. The motel has adequate wifi and the tv has ports to be able to use our Roku stick- the lady I look after needs her on the road). I would suggest bringing an extension cord if you need multiple outlets.

Could use an extension cord for the room in the event more outlets required(or offer one)

Staff called to check up when I was late for checkin which was nice. They got me a pet friendly room and the room was clean and nice.

Toilet got plugged(it happens) didn't have correct plunger to fix(only sink plunger not toilet) the guy REALLY tried hard. Offered to move us but it was late(could use Toilet for #1) hopefully they spent $20 on a proper plunger for the future. I think a partial refund should of been offered

Staff super helpful. New beds, appliances, very clean. Easy access to all attractions.

It's on a highway, can be noisy in the early morning when road/construction workers start driving to their location.

we were surprised that there was no dead bolt on the inside and no ability to lock the room door from the inside. My husband popped out for a bit on the motorcycle and the manager thought we may have left and peeped in to check using the master key while I was still in the room. Honest mistake I understand but he didn’t knock first so I could respond that I was still in the room and with no lock on the inside that felt intrusive. Also, the nice large mirror is in a weird location. it would be better placed to the left of the bathroom door way where it can actually be used.

It's a great location, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were very clean. I was told upon check in the washrooms in the next step to updating their rooms. We've stayed there 3 times now and would definitely stay again.

They have made big improvements to the rooms - huge TV, new lamps, etc and were installing new bathroom doors when we were there.

For a motel that offered no breakfast, the price was the highest we paid out of 4 nights driving from BC to MB and yet they hotel offered the least. I also don't like that you get a rate for your room when you book it and the hotel says it is pet friendly but when you arrive with your pet, there is a $25 charge regardless of whether the pet caused any mess, noice, etc.

I slept exceptionally well in the bed - it was so comfortable. Place smelled nice. Good coffee provided. The receptionist was really friendly and helped when needed. Quiet for a motel!

Not necessarily romantic however clean with fresh white linens. It was comfortable and pleasant. A nice surprise! Staff very welcoming not every motel/hotel shows guests to their room. Nice touch.

Toilet was wobbly. Not enough electrical outlets bearing in mind it is an old building. Improvements are ongoing and you can tell they are working on improvement.
