The two-storey villa offers lots of space inside and outside for you and your family or friends to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom attached to it, so that every room has its private space, if you are looking to rent with different parties.

One bedroom is downstairs and has access to a private terrace with a beautiful view into the green. The other two bedrooms (master and kids') are upstairs and share a sunny balcony facing south.

On the ground floor, a large living and dining area offer plenty of space to dine inside, watch TV, play games or relax by the fireplace on cool winter days.

There's a small office area in case you need to work remotely during your stay. The wifi connection is very good.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. It has a large fridge and freezer, plenty of storage space, a washing machine, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, dishwasher and all the kitchenware you might need for cooking or baking.

The highlight of the villa is its peaceful and cozy south facing garden. It's sheltered from the north wind which blows a lot in summer; It's quiet and private, no vis-à-vis, no or very little noises from the neighbours or surroundings. The beautiful loan, the plants, a barbecue fire place and LED lighting in the evening create a cozy atmosphere for you to enjoy your meals and the company of your fellow travellers.

There's also a place to store and clean your surfboards, beach towels are available.
