Well managed, neat and clean

Wifi is poor. I was almost disconnected for 2-3 days There were 2 restaurants with 2 separate billings.

Superb breakfast! Yammy! Very tasty! 👌👌

Everything was tasty and of our liking. For south indian dishes, chatani and sambar could be further improved.

The location is near the Airport, World trade park with lots of restaurants around, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Stuffs were helpful, Yogesh and other at reception helped us find cabs to go around and during check-out. Breakfast was good.

Nothing much, electricity gone twice one day for like 1-2 min each time. Not sure why probably load shedding or something. Not a big deal.

We had a nice stay at Bur'dera. The breakfast was good. The decor and the upstairs bar are very nice.

The location is not ideal if you want to go into the old town a lot. It's on a main road, so there is a lot of noise.

Location to the airport was amazing. Close to the World Trade Park mall meant lots of food options. Stylish room with amazing bathroom.

1. We booked the hotel several days back for 2 nights, 2 balcony rooms. When we arrived at the hotel rooms were not prepared and we had to wait 30 mins in one room. 2. They alloted us one balcony room and one non balcony room in first floor. Only after we mentioned we had 2 balcony room booking, they changed it to a balcony room. 3. The rooms were very small, with unrealistic furnitures of almost no use. They had a big common space with nothing useful reducing the space inside the rooms. 4. The mini refrigerator was actually heating things up instead of cooling. 5. In the second allotted balcony room, there was something dead (probably a house lizard) and emitting very foul smell when we switched on the AC. They didn't have any fans so we had to bear with it one full night. 6. Second day when we told them about the smell, they told couldn't do anything within the day and shifted us to the first alloted noon balcony room. 7. But during the we saw they alloted someone else in that room meaning they might have fixed the problem but didn't give us the room. 8. We saw bugs under the mattress. 9. Although they themselves (as per their policy) made us clear full payment for room booking, at the time of checkout, they tried to confuse us that we didn't paid in full and tried to extract around 2000 more from us since they knew we might be in a hurry. They wasted 15 mins to clear the confusion created by them. I would never recommend anyone for that hotel or any other hotel of same brand in other places.

the staff are very nice and friendly . but we did not know about their breakfast which is vegetarian. they had cooperate with me in my friend surprise birthday process.

We had a wonderful time, the breakfast & overall cocktail and food was nice. The terrace upstairs has great views and vibe. All and all a wonderful experience.

It was clean hotel nice restaurant on the 4th floor. Breakfast was not included and food was only vegetarian not even eggs were offered but it is understood due to cultural reasons.

The name of the room I booked was a King Deluxe room but in fact it was just a standard room nice clean standard room

Clean rooms, close to the airport

The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care enough to make guests comfortable. The hotel has loud instrumental music playing in the halls which can be heard in the rooms.

Everything is great at this hotel, my family and I enjoyed our stay here. Great ,nice boutique rooms and restaurants ( all helpful staff ) they have a specialised arabic room which serves the most delicious Mediterranean food. Looking forward to coming back soon again. Also , thank you for arranging the pick up and drop at the midnight.

Our second stay at this beautiful boutique property and surely not our last one. We keep visiting Jaipur for short stays and to explore more. Came across this property a couple of months ago right next to the airport and the experience has been nothing but phenomenal. The staff has been really courteous, rooms are very fresh , boutique like and the restaurants upstairs are serving all things delicious.. It’s a great relaxing stay for me always. Keep up the good work.

House keeping. They did not clean our rooms every day and one of our group hot no cleaning for the 4 days she was there. This was bad.

it’s beautifully made with well maintained and clean interiors. The breakfast is a la carte but so delicious, absolutely love their dosas! The staff is also really good, the senior manger, Kumud and Yogesh all were courteous and paid attention to detail.They also have a great rooftop bar.

Firstly there wasn't no generator in the hotel. I stayed there for 2 days and one day there wasn't no current for around 3-4 hours. And secondly breakfast menu was too less. Stay was good but this place is too expensive for what they charge, you can find a lot better options nearby

The place is beautiful, staff is very helpful and the hotel for us as a family was just perfect. They gave us connected balconies to the kids room which made things easier for us. Although it was pure vegetarian, they have an exceptional continental menu.
