Property was everything described. Check in process at the resort took over an hour of wait time.

This was absolutely the WORST condo decision I have made in all my years coming to PCB. The location is awful, you will have to cross traffic every time you want to go down to the beach. Beach shower is accessible once you return to property (walk back across street). The furniture STILL looks like it’s from wish or temu. The pictures had to be from when the furniture was brand new. The furniture is the same but the condition is not! Patio and furniture so stained I was afraid to let my family use them. Asked host about a plunger the first or second night about a plunger and was told if I couldn’t locate the plunger that I could feel free to go across the street to Walmart and purchase one and could send receipt for reimbursement. Found tortilla chips from a previous stay in the oven drawer with baking pans. If you read reviews keep in mind, even though it’s been some time since the review was written doesn’t mean the issue has been addressed. Same transgressions as others from over a year ago. Not worth the time or money. The most expensive and worst PCB condo experience ever!

Great location, easy access from parking garage.

This property is super cool! Very spacious and one of the best parts of being located right off the elevator! The decor is untraditional beachy and unique. Very cool vibe. unfortunately when we arrived our unit had not been cleaned and we had to call the managing agency twice. They finally got it cleaned about 7 PM on our first day. We were told we could check in at 4:30. That was inconvenient. There are several outlets in the unit that do not work. You just have to figure out which ones work and which ones don’t. Also there were very few towels so bring extra (8 total and we had 10 guests). The unit “looked” clean after the crew left. The floors weren’t sandy but they were dirty. We couldn’t walk around barefooted without getting our feet dirty. The refrigerator and the microwave need to be cleaned thoroughly. Overall we had a great time and the unit really is perfect for our family of 10. unfortunately the cleaning agency simply overbooked and did not give our unit the attention that it needed. The owner did allow us to have a much later check out on our final day to make up for it. That certainly helped. I know it’s not the owners fault that the unit was not properly cleaned. So don’t let that keep you from staying here! I cannot stress enough how spacious and convenient the unit is. But if I am writing an honest review I had to bring up the fact that the lack of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. I can promise you we will be back though! We will request this exact unit and feel sure the cleanliness issue will be resolved.

This condo is beautiful, nicely decorated and spacious! Great view of the Lake and very close walk to the beach.
