Great, newer hotel. Friendly staff and excellent accommodations.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the issue. The hotel was very busy. They were running out of breakfast items 45 minutes before breakfast was done. The staff kept saying they would replenish items but did not and were actually laughing about it. For the amount of money spent for the room, this wasn’t acceptable.

Good practical hotel in a nice part of the city

Room and building were clean and attractive. The air handler in the room was “horrible”. It could not be shut off and made loud noise all night. The desk staff told me they couldn’t be shut off and apologized. Still very noisy for a very new property.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel was very clean, smelled great, and offered good amenities like the comfortable lounge/seating areas and patio area, foosball table, coffee station, and gym. The room was super cozy and traveler friendly. Only things I would say is there is no microwave in the room, you have to go down to the lobby, and the website mentioned a shuttle but they do not have a an airport shuttle. Public transportation in Traverse City is horrible so I had Lyft stand me up, Uber wouldn’t even accept, and the taxi service is like $25+ to go anywhere… almost missed my flight if it wasn’t for a nice couple who offered to take me to the airport. Which is a convenient 3.1 miles away.

Asked for the room to get cleaned and serviced. It got cleaned, but kept the old sheets and comforter on. Got new towels & that was all.

It was a really nice place. A little noise from upper floor and some staff seemed crabby but being able to have my dog be able to stay with me was the great. It’s really clean and great shower.

Great stay over, but hotel overcharged us. I booked two rooms and they charged us for 3. Asked for refund and was told 3-5 days. Did not receive credit on bill after 7 days and called again. I was told by front desk in Traverse City. ( Hanna or Anna ) she talked very fast it would be 4-10 days for refund. Dissatisfied with speed of their mistake and my credit of $166.47.

The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. I had some noise issues with the pipes, but the staff did all they could to resolve things. Overall, it was a positive experience and I'd definitely stay again.

This property was modern, clean and friendly. The price for this location was more than fair.

The only complaint that I would have is that the signage at the street was small and not lit. This caused me to miss the turn the first time which was a very minor inconvenience. If I did not have a reservaton however, I would not have known it to be there.

The hotel was impeccably tidy, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The sole drawback was a noisy guest in the room above mine. Despite this, I had a pleasant stay and plan to return when I'm in the area again.

This place is new and modern but don't expect a quiet stay. Guests are extreamly loud, maid service vacuums hard floors above your room at 8 in the morning, when they actually vacuum. My rooms floor had so much dirty/sand/random stuff all over it. Clearly not been swept or moped in days. I stayed three nights and all three nights parking was absolutely horrible because the hotel was booked solid. Obviously that's to be expected but i dont really want to park a million miles from the building. All three nights guests from above were loud stomping and banging around between 7 and 9am Saturday night at 11pm i arrived from my outing to find a full on party going on in the lobby yelling screaming and drinking. Not an issue had i rented at room at a hotel with bar hiwever thats not the case here. Its a hotel lobby. What ifi was coming in with a baby asleep in a carseat. I didn't pick party central. Front desk says nothing when walking by. No good morning, good afternoon.. nothing. I found a used washcloth hung over my shower door that was left from a previous guest. I didn't complain at time of check out as i was headed to work and i didn't want to be all stressed out starting my weekend however i did call corporate only to get a call back and to be told well you didn't complain at time of your stay so I don't know what to tell you. Super rude super unhelpful. I will never ever stay at this hotel ever again or any hilton owned hotel as I now see how they are. Over 400$ for a joke

Friendly staff in this newly renovated hotel. They need to put a sign out on US 31 to indicate where to turn into the hotel. Other than that, would recommend staying there.

Wow. As soon as we walked in the hotel We were warmly welcomed by Sabrina. The rest 3 night were amazing. My daughter said that we need to stay here next year. I agree. Thank you all of the team memmbers to make this family trip memorable. ❤️.
