I make this review as the guesthouse failed to settle my concerns. - the description and facilities mentioned on the rooms are not accurate, you do not get a terrace with garden view, a fireplace, coffee tea maker or a hot tub. - yet they charge you for those facilities however you just get a bed. - they will give you nestle water bottles but these are not genuine nestle water, it is water they fill up. They do not mention this to you unless you ask them. - I booked 2 rooms for my family, upon arrival, I was shown totally different rooms, I complained and then was given the rooms I booked, but one was on ground floor, the other on first floor. Big problem as I had 3 children. - The family room had ants, mosquitoes, dirt, spider webs and the toilet was leaking. we spent one night in it. - they then shifted us to another family room. This family room, none of the electric sockets worked with UK plugs, and they stuck a massive fridge in front of the tv as I complained about it. - I paid for the facilities mentioned on their rooms which they wrote yet they blamed booking.com for not updating the descriptions and said I will not get a refund, I had not choice but to stay. - charged me 1000 rupees to iron 4 suits yet the person we spoke to at the time we gave the first suit said the ironing was free and part of the service. - I had no water pressure from the shower, I told the guesthouse, they couldn’t resolve. I went to the other room in our booking to shower. No hot water by the way. - they have cats which freely roam the gardens and guesthouse. One did its poo outside our room, we told them to clean it and it wasn’t clean for over 2 hours. - the rooms have massive leaks in walls and damp. - see pictures. - DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very Bad Experience

Honest review, it is not as advertised, a basic filthy room with dirty bathroom. Nothing to like unfortunately

The Life Style Lodges offers perfectly clean rooms and a spotless washroom. Reshma’s cooperative and attentive service made my visit special. The breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious and satisfying start to each day.

Actually what is seen in pic that's totally ironical.More I don't want to say .

I thought it would be like hotel .But it's only inside a house room.I can't explain else .In this room rent totally unsatisfactory for me.

Location

Dirty carpets, No complimentary drinking water and water kettle in the room, No Iron available, rooms not sound proof.

The place was clean

The staff is uninterested in the guests. Very old furniture and the rooms had a mouldy feel. Requested to get the AC checked, the staff just looked at it and left didn't even want to answer whether it will be fixed. We booked room for 4 people and were told that breakfast will be served for 2 people only. Upon protest, we received 4 extra slices of bread.
