Amazing facilities wouldn't need to take anything with you above and beyond

Great location, with free off road parking in Burnley. Loads of great little touches - snacks, toiletries, magazines & books etc. Super clean and very comfy beds. Like a home away from home. The hosts went above and beyond.

It would have been nice if some chairs had been up in the little courtyard so we could use the outside area

I loved the ease of access, furnishings, decor, location, and the fact that the hosts clearly went to great lengths to make our stay perfect; I was amazed at what was included, for example two kinds of shower gel, two large bottles of pop, and dozens of other little touches. I really appreciated all that, and the place really did look great. All the furniture was so comfy. Everything was spotless to the point of gleaming.

If you need need large windows that let in a lot of natural light (with beautiful views!), this is not an ideal choice. That's really all I can say against this beautiful and well-maintained apartment.

The security of the flat. Location of town centre. All the extra touches, such as the toiletries and welcome pack. The hosts had really thought about it all.

This was ideally situated for us and the apartment was Spot on the owners are very helpful and informative sending us an information pack Which had every little detail for the apartment .The facilities were exceptional and I would highly recommend. staying at this apartment.

Everything was excellent

modern, very well maintained, very clean , comfy beds little touches like basket of toiletries on each bed, basket of biscuits, tea coffee milk .

first impression having to walk through hall way then through a rough looking white fire door out into a small rear yard to get to front door was a little worrying as to what you might find but once inside place was lovely .

Everything about the apartment was exceptional. Value for money. Had Toiletries in each bedroom and also in the bathroom. Tea and coffee and an array of biscuits too. Apartment decorated to a very high standard.will definitely book again and would highly recommend to anyone.

great location right in the centre of town but the flat itself is nice and quiet. nice extras such a toiletries etc. perfect location for the football at Turf Moor -walking distance to the ground with some decent pubs in between.

slight lack of windows because of where it is - but happy to sacrifice this for a town centre location that is quiet !

Just an allround great place

The apartment is located in the town centre therefore it is close to all the shops and transport. The condition of the apartment is great and clean and the inside was welcoming. The owners were extremely helpful.

the only bug bare would be the door lock, but thag was quickly fixed by the owner. he was so helpful.

It was immaculate! Decorated to a very high standard.Great location ..slap bang in Burnley town centre. All the different codes for doors were a tad confusing but got there in the end x

Beautiful modern, spacious and clean apartment in a superb location (we were attending Burnley Mechanics Theatre - it’s literally round the corner!) Nice little extra touches of toiletries and snacks/drinks. Easy to follow instructions for gaining access. Very helpful hosts.

Read the instructions provided via email. Almost all of the answers to your questions are in there. I was looking for a place to crash quietly after a chaotic night. This was the place. This flat is made to feel like a home away from home. It's felt like a hidden sanctuary where you can just relax and breath. I enjoyed the location it's a 10 minute walk to a Tesco Extra, a 3 minute walk from the main shopping centre, 20 minute walk from Burnsley Manchester. The flat is huge, but homely. The beds were comfy. The apartment was really clean. There are cleaning supplies for almost everything. Plenty of towels. If you need to cook anything on the hob or oven, they have a stocked kitchen. This is worth a 2 day or more stay just to get away from everything. When I visit Burnely again, this would be a first choice.

Read the instructions provided via email. When you first arrive, after you step into the property (especially during winter) - make a bee line straight for the water heater and turn that on first and foremost. It takes about 45 minutes for it to heat up. (Like what it says in the instructions). Then relax. Not the other way around like what I did. If you're looking for eating utensils, bowls and plates - they will be set on the table, not in the kitchen drawers.
