Der private Garten ist von professionell gestalteten Sträuchern mit Terrassen umgeben, wo Sie im Freien speisen oder nach einem Tag am Strand oder beim Sightseeing einen entspannten Grill genießen können.
Zwei Parkplätze sind enthalten. Ausstattung: 50-Zoll-WLAN-Flachbildfernseher, Highspeed-WLAN, digitales Kabel und eine umfangreiche DVD-Bibliothek sowie Grillmöglichkeiten. Wir haben ein paar Fahrräder und Boogie Boards für den Strand.

This property is in the perfect location to explore Santa Monica. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shops. Very convenient. Plus it was updated and very clean. Perfect for our family.

We enjoyed it so much. Clean, beautiful and a perfect location. Teresa is a perfect host, very kind and responds immediately. The house had everything you need. The kids had a lot of fun in the bodyboards.

This beach cottage is bright and clean and has everything you could want … it’s quiet and private, though the host is responsive if you need anything, it’s a great neighborhood with access to Santa Monica, ocean park, Venice, and the 10 and the metro if you want to head east. You can walk to the beach or dinner. Even has a washer and dryer and A/C. We loved our stay here in this comfy spot and especially loved the cute patio out front for after dinner hangouts. Can’t go wrong here!

House was loaded with amenities- full kitchen, laundry with detergent, even hair dryer, flat iron, and bath products. absolutely wonderful experience!

Teresa’s guest house was exactly what we were looking for.
Centrally located making it easy to go to the beach or the city.
The porch was a highlight for me in the morning drinking coffee and reading a book. Teresa was extremely accommodating with any request we had.
Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The home was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, and the outside deck was a perfect spot to relax. The location was a quick walk to Main Street in Santa Monica and a couple more blocks to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and promptly responded to our questions. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I were visiting family. The cottage was perfect!! So spacious and conveniently located to everything. Walking distance to Main St which was awesome. We loved the porch area. Will definitely be back!!

This was such a fantastic property! It was ideal for a few days of staycation and perfectly situated near the ocean, downtown Santa Monica and the freeway. Could not have been more impressed with the cleanliness and style of everything inside and out.

Little gem walking distance to the beach. Great patio space with privacy. The entry door is a bit different in the way it operates, but the property owner leaves great instructions on how to use. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations left by property owner as well.

We had a great time and plan on returning to stay for a longer period of time. This house was perfect for a family of four and was an easy walk to the beach. We LOVED it!

We stayed at the cottage from July 9-July 16 2023.
We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage was just as it had looked in the photos :) Very clean and close to the beach and many amenities.
We did have a couple of issues arise, that being said, the host, Teresa, was very quick to act and have the issues resolved with no interruption with our plans :) We were pleased with the results.
The bathroom mirror was a little high for us Canadian shorties...lol...but we managed with the other mirrors in the cottage.
We were able to walk to many areas and the cost of taking a Lyft to anywhere that was too far to walk, or for a guided tour, was quite economical. Again, location is phenomenal !
We would highly recommend this well kept and located cottage to anyone wanting to explore/visit Santa Monica Pier/Beach, Venice Beach and surrounding areas :)

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so cute and comfortable! The best part was the continuous hot water tank… with two teens it was a godsend! Spent more time on the patio then we did the beach because it was so comfortable. Our flight arrived before check-in time so the property owner allowed us to drop our bags until check-in. Great communication and coordination. We absolutely loved our stay!

This property was one of the best I have stayed in. Hosts were friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. The home was clean and extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was inviting and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay here! Should we return to the area, we would book again and again!

We so enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place! It was even better than the pictures. Loved the comfy and private deck, the wonderful bedrooms and sofa bed (so we each had our own space!), the fantastic kitchen we could have cooked in! And the proximity to Ocean Park and the beach, of course. Amazing and lovely and so clean! Definitely would stay there again and recommend to others. Having a parking spot was super, too.

Wonderful stay- the house is perfect , very well equipped with everything you could need and more! The shower is fantastic. Loved the decking area - really nice space to sit out. Location is great good walking distance to cafes restaurants and the beach.

The property is as advertised. Very clean and in a great location. A short walk to the beach, close enough I went for a run every morning. Only a 15 minute walk to Santa Monica pier and shops. Would definitely stay again if I get the chance.

This little cottage is a gem. It's comfortable, beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. We had a great time with our family here and enjoyed every minute. It had everything we needed - and I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic stay with our family of 4 (2 kids under 3 years old) - wish we could have stayed longer. It was a short walk to the beach/pier. The backyard feels very private, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend! We can’t wait to come back.

This property was perfect for our trip! Quick three minute drive to downtown Santa Monica and only a few blocks from the beach. We loved the deck and privacy hedge surrounding the property. Teresa was amazing and answered any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to plan our next visit.
