This was a perfect stay with everything we needed...spacious, well-equipped, good WiFi, extremely helpful & friendly staff. A couple of blocks from the sea but in a quiet neighborhood...highly recommend!

Large villa...pleasantly surprised...loved the pool and spa

Apartment is not centrally located so most restaurants require either a short drive or a taxi as there is not much available in the local vicinity. The accommodation itself is a great size & in good condition internally, the garden area however is not well maintained & isn't welcoming to sit in. It is housed within a gated community which gives a nice secure feeling . Despite my booking clearly stating that breakfast was included it wasn't. Reception informed me that there was no restaurant on site & therefore no food could be offered. They also stated that i wasn't the first person to have this problem but because Best Western were a big company they weren't interested.

We stayed in a two bed two bathroom apartment which was ok with all the facilities you would expect if a little dated. The pool area is very nice and the resort is safe and quiet, close to shops and really good restaurants. A car is needed to get around, both to restaurants and beaches. The WiFi wasn't the best, overall though, a pleasant stay.

We choose to stay here for the description and amenities and it was not as presented to us on expedia or other websites promoting this property. It was meant to be luxurious and have bathrobes. There wer no bathrobes and when I asked why they said it was because they wer no longer 5 star yet their welcome folder, guest directory and all websites said bathrobes were provided. They gave us 2 bath towels and 2 tiny hand towels for 5 nights, when we asked for a change they reluctantly gave us a fresh set and said apartment not serviced. When I asked about bathrobes again they said not supplied and not serviced apartments and we were expected to wash the towels if we needed fresh ones and not get a change. We have never ever heard of washing an accommodations towels ourselves. We were given a printed house rules etc. when we booked in and it said toiletries which were just 3 of the tiniest we have ever seen of shampoo, conditioner and body wash for one person was a welcome pack and if we needed more we could buy them from reception !! This is a 4.5 star Best Western Accommodation, we booked and paid for 2 people not one and toiletries should be for 2. The bed was so uncomfortable and the luxurious pillows were so fat that they barely fitted in the pillow case, so bad for your neck. The whole place was very dusty and the dirty outside deck was very unappealing and table looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The pool was ice cold and the sauna broken for 4 days of our 5.

Self contained villa was in a secured area. Garage for car. Warm welcome on arrival. Beautiful spacious room. Sat on deck watching the stars. Brilliant!

Very nice staff, large apartment with everything in that you need

I liked the fact that it was a spacious one bedroom apartment with a full sized kitchen plus a laundry. There was plenty of room in the living area. Thought the outside area and patio was a bit unkempt. There was also a lock up garage for the car which was a good addition. The facilities, like the pool and BBQ were clean but we didn't have time to use them. There is a Woolworths supermarket about a 5 minute drive which is very handy and The Boat Club and The Esplanade is also about 5 minutes away. Very handy to Boat Harbour Drive. Overall we thought this property was excellent value for money and we would use them again.

Very spacious 2bedroom,2bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen ,perfect for couples or family to cook own meals. Clean, comfortable beds, recently renovated with own garage for easy access into apartment. Wonderful staff very accommodating. Booked our own tour to Fraser Island and had convenient pick up at hotel. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Good apartment and free parking in your own garage. A big apartment, but it had lots of ants in the bathrooms. The wifi wasn’t good. The service was in top.

Secured parking, own apartment with all facilities including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and sitting area. reception could not have been more helpful Very quiet but near to town, and good restaurants.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our time there while doing a day trip whale watching.

It was a fantastic apartment, we were happy. The only downside was the mattresses were very firm.
