These flats are a budget remodel of an old industrial/warehouse building within a rundown industrial estate. The outside of the buildings are worn, unkempt and derelict looking, litter and rubbish surround the property which tells me if it’s not being used as a dumping ground it’s definitely used as a loitering area after hours. The building itself looks like a cell block that has been left to ruin, the main entry way is disgusting and letterboxes are overflowing with junk and rubbish on the floor. Once inside the first thing that hits you is the smell, I can’t quite place what it is but it’s a smell that lingers long after you leave. The walls on the hallway are cracked and badly worn, scuffs and scratches are Everywhere making it look dirty. The kitchen is old and worn out, the surfaces are burned and scratched, and well overdue replacing. The kitchen seriously lacked amenities it only had 1 pot, 1 small frying pan and nowhere near enough cutlery/plates to do the amount of people it can sleep. There are only 3 dining chairs, again these were stained and in need of upgrading. The kitchen and living-room are an open area albeit very small and dingy looking. I only glanced into the bedrooms so can’t comment on cleanliness, however 1 single bed was missing (this was shown in photos but manager advised there is a sofa bed in the livingroom in place of this). The bathroom was old and dated, although somewhat clean. Again it could do with a good deep clean and upgrading, not as depicted. Overall the pictures are in no way a true reflection on what this property is like. I would urge anyone thinking of booking this, especially with children to go elsewhere. I have booked many hotels and airbnbs and never felt unsafe. We immediately left and rebooked into a travel lodge a short distance away. Booking.com were utterly useless, all the apologies but no actual answers.

Everything was working - hot and cold water, all appliances were working. Staff was really supportive and nice every time we called them for an issue, they also replied promptly to any WhatsApp message, which was nice to see.

The flat was dirty and untidy, we had a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the mattress were uncomfortable. Also the bedsheets were not clean and we had a dirt on one of the double beds. The mat in the bathroom was smelling and dirty, that probably was the reason for the strong smell in the bathroom. In the kitchen they were only a couple of cups and not enough cutlery despite having booked the apartment for 6 people. There was no induction or welcoming book to explain the rules or the appliances , such as how to connect the TV, and we were given the wrong Wi-Fi password too. The place is also dirty outside, with one of the windows facing a small outside patio full of rubbish. In terms of the paper prior the check in, it would have been more helpful to receive the contract and to pay for the deposit a couple of days prior the check in date, we did everything on the morning of the arrival and it was a bit stressful.

absolutely nothing just no standards at all this is not a serious attempt to provide a decent accommodation

there was a strong persistent unpleasant smell from inadequate cleaning the property was unclean the laminate floor was dirty the beds fixtures and fittings are really poor the window locks don’t work no aerial connection to tv so it can’t be used without tethering this is a very poor office space shoe-string budget conversion to an apartment we didn’t stay second night and went to Uxbridge Premier Inn which was a little less expensive but you get vastly superior accommodation clean and comfortable
