Cozy, clean and well equipped nest away from the noisy city but in walking distance to the fastest links to all London attractions. Safe parking included. Great communication. We‘ll be back.

The property was lovely and clean, with additional amenities such as coffee, tea & sugar already in the cupboards which was super handy. Really accessible and one of the easiest hotel/apartments to find & access with the information they give you.

Location
The apartamento too small, imposible por 5 people, The sofá bed was hard. The control TV esas noticias working. only one bedroom upstairs, The stair very narrow and stand, can hot take nothing upstair, is not recommended for older people as we are.

The apartment was very pleasant. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable. The location, even though is fairly far from the center of the city, is very peaceful and nice.
The faucet in the sink of the kitchen was leaking non stop. Being in the living room would get pretty annoying. The water in the shower was lukewarm but not hotter than that. Taking a shower was still possible but could have been better.

The owners were brilliant and helped so much, we had a problem where we needed two parking spots and they sorted it for us!

We like the location as well as the apartment
Our stay was almost 10 days, there were no room or apartment service, no cleaning service, no change of bed sheets or towels / Cleaning of the bathroom.
I wish the landlord increase the price and provide such a service for those staying longer than a week.
We did our best to clean, but we don't have cleaning materials, so it was bit unpleasant due to hygiene concerns.

The property is the same as the photos, the communication was very effective and both managers were willing to help when help was needed. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a very pleasant stay in the appartment close to our daughter's home ! It's very clean and with natural light.
We were happy to find sugar, salt and pepper... and all we need except a coffee machine !
It was not easy to come inside the parking because the cars in the street were often park closer to the gate
t would be very pleasant if you could put 1 tissu roll (sopalin ??) in the kitchen and 1 tissu for drying dishes and glasses
And a coffee machine would be very pleasant... French people drink it for breakfast !!!

Extra settee as there was four adults two had to sit on dining chairs at night

Easy check-in instructions.Private parking on a quite street. Short walk to pubs & high street. Clean & functional accommodation. Very convenient for Heathrow airport.
The double bed mattress was very soft.

Everything was immaculately clean and the facilities were perfect
Only quibble was that you had to pull the door hard for it to close so it always banged.

we checked in in the late night, the apartment was not cleaned at all . The cleaner arrived in the morning and cleaned the entire apartment in front of us. First night was horrible but rest of the time we enjoyed the place.

Location was 0.5 mile from our training location, so that was great. Also, in a relatively quiet suburban area but with shops nearby. Room was quite clean when we arrived, and bed was very comfortable. Lots of cutlery and dishes (and pots and pans) available for use. I suppose it was good value for money, I just expected more given the Booking.com rating
Unpleasant smell as soon as we entered property. I have rented properties in the past, and it smelt like a fridge has been left switched off somewhere. Reminded of it each time we came home. First thing I saw when looking out of the window of my room was a drug purchase between 2 individuals. The dealer was seen hanging around the street throughout the week so that was not good. Also, the latch on my room window was loose and needs fixing. Off-road parking was very tight getting in and out as I have a big car, and someone was always parked in the first bay. Bathroom was also a bit of a squeeze if you are tall. Shower was OK, but the stand it is fitted on was coming loose.

Great apartment with off street parking. All the facilities you need for cooking your own meals. Bed was comfortable and location was quiet.
