The place was accessible from the port and was very spacious and clean when I arrived. The owner was very courteous and so are the staff.

I liked quite, room space and cleanliness about this place. As I have noticed, especially cleanliness it is not so obvious in different places in Phili. So i apreciate it very much. And that I could use water for drinking. If I need, I would stay there again.

That kettle wasnt in a room. If the kettle was in a room, would be much more comfortable. And the preasure of the water in bethroom was bad. Moreover, sometimes there was not hot water. Sometimes was so hot water and it was hard to adjust temperarure. Anyway you had bucket with container you could use to put water on yourself. For me it was even fun.

The Location is great, its closer to Siquijor town and other establishment.

They don´t serve food and during drop out of electric supply they don`t have any back up genarator.

I woke up the next day counting at least 120 bites of bedbugs on my body. Horrible experience. The receptionist seemed not really interested when I told him about it. They also gave us a totally different room than the description. The pool was quite dirty, shabby and smaller than shown on the pictures. Our room didn't have any curtains or shutters in the top windows, since they were all around the room it was bright as the day due to the lights directly outside. Overall it was a nightmare for us, we were really disappointed.

The air-condition is not enough for the room and the water pressure in the shower is weak.

• Room was clean and comfy, • WiFi is PLTD fiber and was fast, • staff was suuuper friendly and greeted us with the warmest smile each time 🥰 • Pool was big enough for a little swimming and swimming lessons, in case you're the only one using it, but usually it was empty and water is cleaned regularly, has shallow and deep end. • Plenty of parking space for motorcycles. • During power outage we received super cute camping light to use in the room.

• the room really has zero soundproofing so if you're too touchy to noises from other rooms get the deluxe, however during our stay there was only one other couple and they were respectful to not make noise in the evening/night. But noise transmission is comparable to camping. • water pressure is poor and at times water was smelly so washing the clothes will leave you with stinking clothes • toilet seat needed replacing • in 5 days we encountered 2 power outages, the second was at night for approx 30 mins, backup electric fan would be very welcomed for that purpose • mattress was a little too thin for 90kg male, but still comfy enough

At first I was offered a room without windows. It was changed on my request, though.

The property was charming with a little pool. Rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. It’s a very good value for money. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our short stay here.
