Reasonably priced accomodation, very clean.

To be honest the whole city is rather disappointing... :( Not our cup of tea for sure. Full of construction sites, loads of high rise buildings and casinos. If you can go directly to the island of your choice, do that. No point stopping here.

Was in a good position, only a short walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good access to a restaurant delivery service Bathroom & room clean & tidy. Owner & manager delightful people

Rooms downstairs were a little dank & uninspiring. Room not automatically cleaned & had to ask for soap & toilet paper 🧻 Sometimes very difficult to communicate with front desk staff

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat frisch gerochen. Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu m Ferry-Port und den Fernbussen, sodass kein TukTuk notwendig ist.

Buchung und Bezahlung umständlich. Haben Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Balkon gebucht und dann Einzelbetten bekommen. Nicht so schlimm, aber zusätzlich dazu sind alle Zimmer mit Balkon dann im Endeffekt ein Downgrade für mehr Geld, da das kein separater Balkon sondern der allgemeine und über den Flur zugängliche Raucherbereich des gesamten Stockwerks ist. Es wurde generell nur Barzahlung akzeptiert. Um fair zu sein, das haben sie zwar nicht beim Check-In aber dafür im letzten Punkt der Beschreibung der Unterkunft zumindest erwähnt. War trotzdem unkomfortabel dann beim Checkout noch mal zum ATM zu müssen.

Die Nähe zum Hafen. Für ein bis zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise, absolut OK. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Dusche hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert, ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, wäre schön gewesen.

Looks like a relatively new operation so everything is fresh & squeaky clean. Room is spacious, easy walk from the main road by the beach, and in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff are nice and helpful. Beer is available in the premise

do not have a table top to put stuff, no chair, only a tiny bedside table, despite the room is spacious,so I have to do everything on the bed. No shampoo provided. My room is in the lowest floor, window is facing a back alley.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I'd had issues with my bags from my last stop on my travels and the staff here were so accommodating in trying to help me. The room was spacious and very clean and, as a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe thanks to the security cameras and 24/7 front desk. The property is also ideally located near to the beach!

Nothing the cleaners tried to steal my battery pack and phone they hid it in a washing machine and when threatened with police the phone and bag of electrical a suddenly appeared I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here cleaners are thieves!!

very clean. staff were helpful if you want a simple, no frills but clean and very comfortable place to stay I would choose here. close to the beach and the port to the islands so can easily walk there. also the Main Street is nearby with good food and coffee options
