The lies. The scams the deceipt the amount of damage the stench the over grown lawns no heating no WiFi no security as no locks work, refusing to give refund for a week's stay that no one could physically stay safe it's unfit for human life I don't even think the rats would stay there.....

según llegamos la mitad de la casa estaba rota, la cocina sucia, las toallas que nos dejaron eran para los pies, nos pasamos el primer día limpiando la casa el sofá de la casa no es el del anuncio, no había wifi, la televisión se enciende pero no funciona ningún canal por lo tanto no se puede usar, el horno lleno de grasa, puertas rotas....

It was perfect for what we needed. Location was near everything we did.

The house doesn't look like the pictures which was disappointing. Curtain pole missing from the front room was not that clean. But this are minor thing that could easily be rectified. Just needs a long mirror.

I have photos but the banister on the stairs was hanging out the wall it was a genuine safety risk . The bathroom floor was sunken like a hole All window and handles were broken Smelt really bad if cigarettes And was not clean floors walls filthy

The location

After a long drive and a long day at work, the first thing I wanted to do was have a shower. I was absolutely shocked and appalled to see that the one bath in the property had not been cleaned at all. It was disgusting and covered in pubic hairs. Not just a few that had been missed, but they coated the base and sides of the bath. Immediately I called the property management company to report that this had not been cleaned. He confirmed that the cleaner would come the next day, after we had already left for an event we were attending. This meant we would either have to clean the bath ourselves, or not shower at all. As there is so much to list, I’ve decided to list issues by floor of the house. Ground floor: • Dirty stained rug in the living room • Large questionable stain on the sofa • No curtains as the pole had been completely ripped out of the wall leaving three big uncovered holes • Filthy kitchen • Completely broken safety chain on the front door • Cable protector torn away from the wall under the TV • Sticky oil all over the splashback above the oven • Dirty stove with dust and food crumbs over it • Sticky extractor fan covered in dust • Dust and spiders on hallway ceiling • Filthy stained Oven switch on the wall (thank god we had no intention of cooking) • Damage and stains on almost every wall First floor: • Bedroom one: bedroom door handle hanging off the door on both sides, wont close • Bedroom one: screws ON the bed • Bedroom two: Filthy stained windowsill • Bedroom two: Someones dried lenses on the shelf • Bedroom two: door handle stuck so door won’t close • Bedroom two: Questionable green stain over the bed throw • None of the bedside lamps work so main lights only • Bathroom towel: stained and dirty • Bathroom floor: water damaged and warped, hole forming between bath and toilet, lino coming up from the floor with air pockets underneath • Bath: absolutely disgusting, covered in pubes • BROKEN BANISTER, SITTING IN THE WALL - SAFETY HAZARD.

Damage to the stair Bannister wasn't nice to look at.Damage to the Bathroom floor also.and items of underwear and old rubbish found under my bed from guest who have visited before which meant the room wasn't cleaned fully. It felt reallly off putting.

loved the house, I will for sure chose it again in the future

there should have been more cleaning product around the bathrooms and kitchen also a small note on how to put the heating up
