Home is perfect!!

The house is great, with plenty of space for people. The garage/bunk house had more stuff for to use for entertainment. Only issue was the water dispenser and ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work very consistently, and there didn’t appear to be a lot of hot water in the master bathroom. Had to pick up an extra bag of ice in order to accommodate all the folks staying at the house. House, pool, yard, and kitchen were put to good use! Would stay there again if needed!

This place was the perfect accommodation for my family’s vacation. It was clean, spacious and perfectly located close to restaurants, grocery stores and a short ride to the beach. Would recommend for large or small groups for a nice getaway.

Evenings on the back deck with the breeze blowing were amazing. Watching the horses in the water, fishing of the dock. We had a great time. We had 12 and had no issues with space. The pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and things to do. 4 miles to the beach and you could ride a bike there if you wanted to. Can't say enough, it was amazing. Clean and well kept.

Beautiful home and yard. Wifi was a huge problem! No wifi no tvs.

This was a great house to stay for families, co-workers, large groups and the property is great too! The only thing was the bedroom lights were a little funky but everything else was great1

The house was amazing. The location was perfect for my group. Not right in the middle of everything but only 10-minute drive to beach and restaurants.

This house was a great fit for our annual family trip! Every year we book something for our 3 kids/spouses and their combined 6 grandkids ranging in age from 4 to 16 years old. They just finished an upgrade on the whole house, and it showed. The layout of this compound made for the perfect mix of time together with all of us, and separate spaces for the different aged grandkids to do their thing. We stayed in the primary master on the ground floor with a huge walk in bathroom, our two sons whose kids are aged 4 to 8 years old stayed in the main house with us, and loved sleeping together in the bunkbed room. Our daughter, and her three teenagers, stayed in the separate guest house, which kept the teenage noise away from the early bedtime kiddos :) The house has water and sunset views from all the rooms, as well as from our favorite spot -- the pool and hot tub. Everything was nicely stocked and had what we needed - including lots of extras like a great book selection, 3 bikes to explore around the area, fishing gear, and fun games (sit down video gaming thing with pacman and all the old good ones, corn hole, pop-a-shot, croquet, etc). We took advantage of the private dock and rented jet skis for the week, and the little ones enjoyed fishing from it -- and seeing a manatee! We loved the island beaches which were super close and family friendly. Everyone loved this trip -- one of our all time favorite times together. The owners quickly responded to any questions while at the property (thank you Erik and Shauna for setting up the jet ski rental). I highly recommend booking this house to anyone looking for a sunny Florida family vacation.

This was a wonderful house and a relaxing stay for our family with young kids. The primary bed is very lumpy- ended up not being gable to sleep there at all. Also needs more silverware/plates settings. We really enjoyed watching the horses go by on their tours and finally figured out how to make the hot tub hot:)

Absolutely loved the property, just beautiful and location, close to everything we wanted/needed to do!! Only a couple of small negatives...not quite enough dishes, dishwasher needs replaced (no dishwasher detergent, really?) bathroom towels what you get at cheap hotels ( a home this beautiful should do better than cheap out on towels). The negatives are small, loved absolutely everything else about the home!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Easy…

House was perfect for six adults. We enjoyed our time there. Also, proximity to the beaches was excellent - everything within 5-15 minutes depending on where we went. Met the owner of the house while there - a very nice man. They had an issue with the wifi (was working intermittently). Not his fault and he did everything he could to expedite the repairs. We did not find the kitchen to be quite as bare as some other reviewers had mentioned. Plenty of glasses and plates and cups for our party of six. Big great/family room - plenty large enough for six adults to watch TV on the large 70" HD TV. Huge Island in kitchen with either 4 or 5 stools. Island was massive so several people could sit or eat there very comfortably. Bed in master bedroom was "squeaky". Could not figure out why or how to sort that. Every time I or my wife rolled over in bed it made a decent amount of noise. Master bath is huge (completely separate areas for two people to get ready). Shower in master bath was massive. I do think they ought to update some of the pictures - especially the one of the patio which shows a fire pit - there is no fire pit on property. Also, only four beach chairs is a bit light for a 3 bedroom home. We bought two inexpensive ones from Publix and left those there upon exiting. They were ok and hopefully they have been left for other guests. Also, no beach umbrella. Management company was OK to deal with. Not the most responsive. They typically responded to my pre-trip inquiries within a day or two, but if I sent a follow up that was ignored. I've had better experience dealing with property owners when renting on VRBO, but you can't control that.

Heading home after a week here with our adult children. The house and property are absolutely beautiful! Ample room for the 6 of us with location close to restaurants and shopping centers. The pool, hot tub, and back patio were amazing. Enjoyed many quiet/ peaceful sunrises and sunsets out back with a stunning view of the water! Hard to leave but hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing week at this home. We only went to the beach a couple of times because it was so enjoyable to spend time together in the pool area and also the pier. Convenient to most everything.

The house size was perfect, location was even better!

Loved the home..and Dock... We were able to get our 26ft Cayo center console with a tower under the bridge and park at the dock... (we did have to take down our fishing poles going under bridge).. Beds Comfortable. . the Kitchen needed Kitchen hand towels, and more Larger bowls for Salads etc, dish soap. .. Bathrooms only had 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bath towel so bring extra with you.. Other than that we had a great time... Loved the house...

We loved the location of this beautiful house. It is only a few miles to AMI and much quieter. There were stunning sunsets right off the dock and we got such beautiful pictures. We did rent a boat for 3 days and kept it at the dock. It was easily accessible. The house itself has a great layout. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and each were spacious and perfect for the 5 adults. The rental agency was good to get back with me over a few issues we had but only during business hours. I will say the only thing I wasn't happy with is the house had the bare minimum of supplies. I have rented from VRBO at least 40 times and the benefit of renting a home is being able to have a place to cook some of the meals. I have never stayed at a house that had only pots and pans but no spices, no Reynolds wrap, no Pam spray...it did have salt and pepper but no other spices. It is fine but I would have packed some had I known. There was also one partial roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Again not a problem it is just good to know so you can go more prepared. Also there were no pool noodles or floats so plan ahead and bring ANYTHING you could need. Overall I would certainly stay here again but next time go more prepared.
