They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. They provided food while we were waiting for our room to be ready, and did whatever they could to make our stay as pleasureable as possible.

Exceptional hotel in a great location with fantastic staff. The rooms are big and week decorated. Breakfast usually starts at 8am - this one day we had a 7.30 am appointment and had to leave by 6.45 am. The staff showed up at 6.30 am just to set up breakfast for us! Don't let the street view of the hotel fool you. It is amazing on the inside. Bus stop and train station are right outside the hotel. Many bus routes run through here and connect you to every tourist site. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Trevi fountain on one side and the Spanish steps on the other. It has an elevator (not many hotels in Rome do).

They did not have an iron box or laundry facilities. There is a laundry service across the road that will wash and dry your clothes but not iron them.

We could not have asked for a better overnight accommodation than Maison Tritone. It was perfectly suited for our Rome visit and such a nice change from the typical hotel chain booking. The location was within easy walking distance of many of the sites we wanted to visit. The bedroom slippers, toothbrushes, and snacks were all extras that were much appreciated. Our visit was made perfect by Alfredo who, prior to our visit, had always promptly responded to my email requests and questions. He also scheduled airport and cruise port transportation and provided countless directions and excellent recommendations for shopping, food, etc. He and his staff were very welcoming and our stay could not have been any better!

Beautiful hotel with small feel of excellent airbnb. Alfredo and his brother were excellent. Great area. We walked to trevi fountain every night. Spanish steps close. We did not walk to colosseum but that was due to extreme heat, but it is definitely walkable. Walked to piaza navona. Exceptionally clean and lovely.

S-E-R-V-I-C-E. The family owners are ALWAYS available and happy to help. Always with a smile. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, the rooms are ALWAYS clean and comfy (we had a deluxe).

Very good breakfast Very helpful staff they provide very useful recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. The host is very kind. She provided toys to my little one to get her busy during breakfast while my husband and I ate, and the host even gifts a small toy to our daughter; she was super happy.

Perfect location, just by the metro station and a few minutes away from attractions and restaurants. Very clean, spacious, nice variety for breakfast in a cute breakfast room. It is a family owned place, and this really shows in the attention for details and courtesy with guests. Would definitely recommend the property.

Very central location, roughly between Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps; walkable to almost everything. The rooms were remarkably quiet. The family running the hotel is incredibly kind and helpful.

It was nice to have windows that opened, but on a rainy day with angry drivers, we were treated to lots of honking and lots of wet tire noise; with the windows closed it was whisper quiet, however.
