The hotel was dirty. Sometimes no hot water. No chair in the rooms

Did not try beeakfast. The location is good. Just few mins from all the essentials. Ensuite shower was pristine.

The room was very tiny (probably tiniest room I've ever stayed) it had barely any space to walk. The edges of bed frame were sharp and we sustained cut injuries. Hotel doesn't even have proper first aid facility. I wouldn't wish to visit again.

Staff were very helpful. Location felt secure once inside the hotel. Liked that a kettle was provided with coffee sachets and the shower was a good pressure and temperature. There was a mini fridge and rooms are air conditioned. The biscuits were a nice touch.

I didn't have a soap bar in my room provided. The mattress wasn't comfortable, luckily I only stayed for the night.

Clean, cosy and comfortable room with access to the kettle, iron and hair dryer. Additional benefit is the short distance to the underground station.

Had a terrible experience with the staff as he did not give two shits about me. Mohit was very rude to me and he made me cry.

Was very impressed with the standard of this hotel. Everything was so clean and elegant. The hotel has a contemporary feeling and the staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus too. Also it was a 3 minute walk to the new Elizabeth line at Ilford station made it easy to get into London in 20 minutes. I will definitely choose to stay here again!!
