Nice clean condo unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provided the perfect place to relax and refresh. The view from the balcony was glorious; we never tired of watching the rhythm of the water and waves from the balcony rocking chairs. Having easy access to the beach was appreciated. The unit had all the conveniences of home--the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, the furnishings were comfortable, and the towels and linens were plushy. The owner provided good information about restaurants and activities in the area and was responsive to queries. We hope to return for more beachside living.

This is a wonderful conference with great views and a wrap around balcony. There is plenty of room, we really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Seychelles. We visited family and also attended a softball tournament. The comfortable chairs on the balcony allowed for an amazing view. We will definitely stay again.

The pictures for this property were amazing. We booked based on pictures and reviews. However, when we arrived the condo was not clean. The floors were sticky and dirty. We found cleaning items (mops/brooms) left out in one of the bedrooms, there was trash on the patio and one of the bedrooms that was not thrown away. We also found and e-cigarette lying on one of the beds. The condo was supposed to be smoke free. The furniture and appliances were old and the beds squeaked whenever you turned over. It needs to be updated. The worst part was that our refrigerator was not working. When we arrived on Sunday we turned the temperature to the coldest setting and went to dinner. When we returned the refrigerator was still not cool. We loaded our groceries in and assumed it need more time to cool. Monday morning we got up and everything in the refrigerator was warm. I contacted maintenance and they said they would get someone over to look at it. Come Tuesday no one had come. Finally, Tuesday late afternoon someone came over; however, he said he could not fix it and would have to call a appliance repair company. It took till Thursday afternoon before the refrigerator was fixed. I complained to the management company and asked for a refund due to the food we had to throw away. We had fish that we got deep sea fishing, milk, meat, etc. that had to be thrown away; however, the management company thanked me for my communication and did not offer any compensation. I am a diabetic and my medicine had to be kept cool, so we were forced to get a cooler and buy ice every day for that. Also, I informed them twice that the TV in the front bedroom was not working and they never sent anyone to check it out. Not only was the condo not acceptable, but the management company was totally unconcerned with the problems we encountered. I WOULD NOT RENT THIS CONDO AGAIN, NOR RENT ANY CONDO THAT THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY MANAGES.

Great location and condo!

The best location! Prefect level in building. Beautiful view of sun rise and sun set. Quiet end of the beach. Convenient to great food! Overall outstanding!

Overall nice place and we loved the location. Only suggestion would be to get a coffee maker that works properly (lid of the pot is missing) and won't make the coffee and also fix the lent trap in the dryer ☺️

The condo is very roomy with a wonderful view! The beds were very comfy! Aneliya was quick to address any issues we had.

We had an amazing week! We have stayed in this unit before and would definitely do so again! The property manager was great with her communication and the condo had everything we needed for a great stay. The views are stunning!

We really loved this space. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 older kids, comfortable furniture and a deck and a view that we used every day. Great access to the beach and food too. Communication was perfect; I knew exactly what to do and had no issues. We would definitely stay here again, great location! We had so much fun and wish we could've stayed longer.

We have stayed at this property before, but never again. The main issue - the floors were filthy. The unit can sleep 7, but there would not be enough glasses for that many. There was plenty of silverware but it was so cheap we would use the take out cutlery when we ordered out. You had to fight the door trim to get the freezer drawer of the refrigerator open. The towels were good but the few washcloths were ratty. The drapes hung poorly and shower curtain didn't have enough hooks & was torn. The chairs at the table were about to fall through so we had to put pillows from the soft in them to be comfortable and one of chairs leg was about to come off so it could not be used at all. Normally I would just email the property to make the aware of things rather than give a negative review - but this was just too much.

Easy process

We had a fantastic time at Seychelles 601! The condo was clean and very well kept. It was a very spacious condo and accommodated 7 adults very nicely. The balcony was a dream with gorgeous views of the sunset each night. Access to the beach was super close and had chair/umbrella rentals if you didn't want to carry your stuff down each day! The pool was a nice refresher after coming off the beach! Our host, Aneliya, provided great communication and responded to my questions very quickly! The only issue we had was parking, and it turned out ok. There is only a parking garage with an 8'4” clearance. We were in a van that needed a 9 foot clearance to get into the parking garage gated area. Luckily, there were four spaces in the front of the garage that accommodated our van and as luck would have it, one of those spaces was available each time we came back from somewhere. Overall, I highly recommend this location!

Clean room and easy access to pool and beach.

Loved this 3 bedroom condo with an extra large balcony. Great A/C kept us cool. Thankful for extra towels and toilet paper under the sinks.

Good stay, just bad weather and lack of pool rule enforcement.

Location was great being on the beach and next to Schooners Restaurant. Condo needs some updating but all in all worked well for our group. We enjoyed the deck. Hopefully next time we come the weather will be nicer. Thank you!!

This property has a great location and as a corner unit has great views of the Gulf. The unit is in a well maintained building with good amenities. Most of the units have aged. This unit has not been upgraded except for the TV and electronics which were great. On entry the garage code was incorrect which was solved. The living area had one light with one 60 watt bulb for the entire space. The kitchen was not clean nor updated with proper equipment. Pots and pans were unusable. Overall the property has potential but needs attention and updating.

The condo was as described. View was great and access to the beach can’t be beat. Loved being able to walk into the shower. I highly recommend this location.

Great location right on the beach. Older building but very clean. Parking was ideal. Schooner'a next door with open air dining was a big plus during this pandemic time and you could put your name on the wait list and they would text you when ready so you can wait in the condo.

LOVE this place! We will be back! Parking and access to the building and the beach (which is just footsteps away) is hassle free, the views from the wrap around balcony are breathtaking, this place is huge. Quite area, family friendly or even a perfect honeymoon/couples getaway! I shopped around for a long time and I am so glad we found the gem!
