Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Lovely pools. Great views. Huge beds which were really comfortable. Room cleaning was really well done.

So much building work going on. No in hotel evening dining. The restaurant is only open on Saturday evenings. You gave to go to the other restaurants around the resort, two of which are very expensive. I do not like all the mini bottles in the bathroom. This is not environmentally friendly. St Julian’s bay is far too busy. No other beach.

Breakfast was pretty good, but the eggs did not have much flavor. The room was very nice and definitely a highlight. There were multiple pool options, which were good.

It was a bit too expensive for the overall quality of the hotel and service level. I would have expected more based on what we paid for the room. But we had a nice time anyways.

All the staff who were both very friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is situated within a major building site redevelopment with giant cranes sited immediately opposite the hotel (I counted 8 cranes) and is apparently likely to be so for at least a further 2 years until the building work of a new hotel and complex is complete. Also the road network outside the property is currently under reconstruction with pathways difficult to navigate. This should be made absolutely clear to any potential customers as it can severely affect their enjoyment. The hotel itself is also in urgent need of an upgrade, particularly to the rooms. Lighting around the interior of the hotel could also be improved (eg: I counted at least 14 ceiling lights in the public lounge either broken or not working and some corridors with no active lighting.

The hotel look big and fancy from outside, you book and you think it will be a great experience BUT IT IS NOT. Its very old from inside, the room is very old , even the electricity fusion are old , the bathroom looks like 80s’ leaks weather , and we told them about this to fix it and they didn’t, after a good experience with hotel around the world , its not hotel that deserves 5 stars , there are hotel in Mallta 5 stars much better than him. The only thing we like in this hotel is breakfast and the pools! Which is the reason I give them7/10.

Hotel elegante, colazione varia e abbondante (con opzioni senza glutine a richiesta), posizione perfetta, piscine grandi, spa in parte inclusa, diversi ristoranti di qualità per ogni gusto, camera spaziosa con vista mare.

Hotel con stile datato, piscine troppo profonde con altezza non adeguatamente segnalata e con scarsa vigilanza delle regole da parte dello staff, nessun ristorante incluso nel prezzo, scarsa vigilanza globale in quanto gli accessi rimanevano aperti durante la notte, anche il parcheggio non è vigilato (abbiamo assisitito ad un borseggio abbastanza violento durante la notte nel parcheggio)

It needs updating . There were too many paying day guests do the facilities were really crowded . The buffet breakfast needs improving, lots of variety but the same every day snd very bland

Very good location. A short walk to St. George’s Bay beach and Town. Rooms large, comfortable and clean with plenty of pools, sun loungers etc. Bars and restaurants around the property. Other bars within a very short walk or in the Town. Step access straight in to the Sea at the bottom of the grounds. Staff throughout very friendly and helpful.
