So easy! Seamless check in. Everything we needed was available. Perfect location and so clean and welcoming.

Great location, beautiful unit which was lovely and clean. Little extras like the welcome pack with mints, water and biscuits was a great touch.

There were a lot of signs throughout the unit threatening fines for indiscretions (eg removing TV cables was $100 "fine" etc). Kind of off putting. There was also a long list of conditions that I had to sign before getting the keys which also threatened multiple fines. None of this seemed to be in the booking upfront, it was only after i paid the deposit (non-refundable of course!). I also had to upload photos of my credit card and driver's licence before I could get the code to get the key. I don't recall havibg to do this before, ever, when booking a place to stay.

very well equipped , perfectly suitable for an extended stay. Central with little touches and extras( coffee, tea, torches etc) just adding to the whole experience. Two large Queen bedrooms and patio furniture as well

Hard to fault. Entry step to unit 8 is a abnormally high and would be difficult for anyone with a bad hip
