We think the apartment is very nice, but what happened should not happen like this.

First of all, the check in with the combination lock was not possible, so that we could only access the apartment through the security staff. We had no way to leave the apartment because there was no spare key. We had to wait here for half an hour until we were helped. When we entered, we noticed that the air conditioning had cooled the room extremely. It was not possible to stay there. We spent the first 2 hours on the balcony, where the temperature was pleasant. Furthermore, there were glass shards in the shower, which I was lucky enough to see. There were other glass shards scattered around the apartment. There was a door missing in the shower.

Apartments are spacious and modern and comfortable. I would definitely come back here.

Everything was great the only thing missing was an iron but I could have just missed it.

Ubers are very hard to find or come to the property. In my room I also didn’t have the option to turn off the bathroom fan which provided a not so pleasant background noise. The property can connect you as well with a driver per availability.

Spacious room, excellent facilities (a/c, kitchen electrical appliances etc.) , silent neighbourhood, safe location and area. Extremely clean flat, cosy design. You have also your parking place, so is very convenient if you owe a car. Everything was excellent!

The pool was quite small as in a boutique hotel.

Supper clean, modern, quiet location! Was perfect for 2 couples. Easy self-check in- and check-out. Responsive to requests.

Everything was superb. Starting from the comprehensive instructions for the contactless check-in, followed by outstanding assistance from Minos, and ending in flowless contactless check-out. Apartments are super new, nit and equipped with all the necessary electronics and furniture. Plus, you can enjoy sunsets from the huge open balconies.

It's a bit hard to order a taxi since the neighborhood is new.

The contactless check-in was great. The detailed instructions per Whatsapp days before arrival, and the fast reply on Whatsapp whenever you ask are what makes coming back to the property a doubtless decision.

The location of the properties is not the best as it's very hard to get Transport in the area...

Everything about Sunset Gardens is amazing, probably the best rental in the entirety of Cyprus. The apartments are super clean, the beds are very comfy, the entire gated community is wonderful, and the apartment was excellently furnished. Excellent location to stay at if you want to be close to the Casino, City of Dreams is only a 4 minute drive.

The only thing you need to know about staying here is that you NEED a car. The apartment is a bit far from the city center and you need a car to commute. You also need a car if you want to get any groceries from any nearby supermarkets.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was completely stress-free. The accommodation itself was top-notch. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the reservation officer (Minos). Their professionalism was second to none, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of extraordinary.
