I had an amazing stay here and would’ve loved to stay here again. The location is perfect! Very close to the beach, restaurants and everything else you might need but in a quiet and calm area. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s possible to eat there too! The room and bathroom is very spacious and clean! Great value for money, I can’t recommend it enough!!

The bed is super comfy with a nice and clean blanket, maybe the most comfy bed in my entire trip. The bathroom is clean, the shelf in the room is a bit dusty though but it's not a problem. The location is not too far from the beach and there are a few restaurants around the area. The service is good.

- The room is dark and stuffy if there's no aircon (thankfully I got an air-con room). - The description stated that the room has a garden view, but the window hardly can be opened. - 4% actual extra charge was included in the payment (+11% tax, total 15%), however, the description on booking.com only noted it 11% tax was included, which was quite ambiguous. That was a small fee, but the owner and booking should have made it very clear in the information for guests prior to their booking. Not until they make the payment at the property.

The bed was so comfortable it made the whole stay. The room is small but fine for a few night stay. The location is just a short walk from the main street with all the restaurants and the beach. This was great because it meant that the room was quiet. The host was very responsive. For an affordable, basic stay in Negombo this is a great choice.

I accidently arrived hours before check in time - in my stressed out state I hadn't checked that properly! Shehan and his wife were wonderfully accommodating, helpful, efficient and friendly. The place is restful and really lovely. This is my new favourite place to stay in Negombo!

The facilities were very clean and tidy and the location is an easy walk to many restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The best part of our stay was our host, Shehan! He was absolutely amazing, he was always helpful and informative with the room, setting us up with a phone plan and tuk tuk rental, and for giving us great advice on the local sights and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

1) the guys who met me always helped me, no matter what I asked. The guys were always at the front desk 2) there are cameras in the house and in the yard, it was as safe as possible to live here 3) the room is clean, pleasant smell, there is internet 4) you can order food, the guys themselves will make an order and bring it 5) There are zones for comfortable rest together with other visitors. kitchen is also available In general, thank you)

Don't find

Very comfortable rooms, I felt safe as a solo traveler, and at home. And the hosts are super friendly! Willing to help with everything and definitely made me feel good there. It’s a little above my budget but I was happy to be there.
