Friendly staff and nice high spec furnishing.

Shocking view. Our unit called "Lakefront Apartment", but no view of lake at all, just a big window view of a large rubbish collection area, with another unit opposite looking straight into ours. Also, very noisy restaurant/bar directly opposite too .

スーパーマーケット、長距離バス(インターシティ)の乗り場も近く、星空ツアーの集合場所(ダークスカイプロジェクト)もすごく近く全てが徒歩数分圏内でした。

部屋のトイレが流されておらず、前の宿泊者が使ったままになっていて、1泊目はバスルームの異臭がひどかったです。トイレ以外は清潔で問題ありませんでした。

Amazing location, quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. Couldn't have asked for more.

La struttura è disponibile al check-in per sole 3h (dalle 14 alle 17). Per un check in alle 17.30 hanno aggiunto circa 10€ in più solo per aver lasciato le chiavi in una cassetta di sicurezza con codice. Mi sembra un costo veramente eccessivo data la scarsa disponibilità di tempo per il check in e il minimo disturbo da parte loro, tenendo conto oltretutto che si tratta di una struttura dal costo elevato

Property was extremely close to the lakefront and all windows had a black tint to them so no passersby could see inside

The room is fine

I don’t recommend anyone staying more than one night here. The ‘village’ has a high backpackers/ski resort feeling and there’s not much to do. Restaurants are very average compared to the rest of NZ

Location was great and fantastic value

Great location. Easy parking

No drinking glasses or bowls.

Smart TV with Netflix, excellent location right by everything, plenty of parking, fresh milk provided for tea and coffee, new building with lovely bathroom, excellent air conditioning and under-floor heating, restaurant downstairs was lovely.

Would have preferred to have a better selection of teas available and to have some tissues in the room. Otherwise everything was new, clean and very comfortable.

It was clean and tidy and warm for the short time we were there.

A few long life milks in the fridge would of been a nice touch to just enjoy a cup of tea. The view was not what was expected looking onto the back entrance of restaurants and rubbish bins right below window. Quite different to a lake view like we were expecting.

Room was big and clean, close to the lake and to the center.

Missing stove in the kitchen

The location is outstanding. Restaurants were all close by, as is the supermarket where you could get something to eat or for warming up/cooking in the microwave in your apartment. There is also laundry facilities on-site and a bar/restaurant on the ground floor. The lift, was handy on arrival and departure from the apartment. Ample parking is available.

The area around the bottom of the stairs was untidy, although the weather was not the best. However, there didn't appear to be any attempt to clean up the area during our 4-day stay.

Only view was over 3 adjoining restaurant courtyards. Full of gas bottles and waste bins.

Perfect location and ammenities

The property in itself is very nice although the people running it are rude, unaccommodating. Its exactly where you want to be in Lake Tekapo and would not need a car. choose the lake facing room even if it is expensive it is totally worth it.

The owner or the Manager who is at Lake Tekapo Holiday Home office is a piece of work. The accommodation and the reception where you pick the keys are not in the same address. On calling him he gave little to no idea where he is and showed great impatience and irritant to be on call and help. Not only is he rude and impatient, he is also not accommodating at all. I would rather book with someone else than have to face that person again. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNACCOMMODATING. I was late for checkout which is at 10AM in the morning by 1 hour. instead of calling or messaging me he turned at my door and shouted at me. not only that he threatened me, and told me to give the keys right away. For that one hour he charged me 50 NZD and didn't even wait for me to show at his office to charge. The place Lake Tekapo is amazing spoilt by the rude behaviour of this human.

Expensive

I like how close it is to every shop and restaurants. Room is huge and there's Laundry.

The location was good. Very close to the Cafe and restaurants. Plenty of parking.

The sheets in the bed had stains. The shower and bathroom had I'm guessing cleaning product stains. For the price I would have exspected to be paying for a beautiful lakefront view. Not half a glimpse of a lake and some hills . The restrictions on heat pump was a bit silly. If I'm paying top dollar I will set the heat pump to what ever temperature.

Great location

The heating was great. It was very close to the cafes and restaurants.

No view but this did not matter really as it was almost dark when we arrived and the comfort and location made up for this.
