Great stay for a short visit to the local town attractions and super close by and very affordable as well. Bed was comfortable and our room worked out well for our family. Thank you.

Beware of the new owners of this place asking for deposits and finding every excuse to keep your money it's a hotel, i never seen hotels ask for a deposits after you book your room this is family of people who now own the LaQuinta on the access rd too all are crooks to book hotels at either of these places crooks.

Upon arrival after my flight , we arrived at the hotel around 10pm, I had to wait at least 15 mins to be able to get in my room because by the time the man arrived at the desk and processed everything which I was the only one there so that was frustrating . There was only one employee working and the hotel seems scarce of any other vistors which was alittle unsettling . I asked what time contential breakfest was and was told they do not offer that , on the website it clearly stated a free contiental breakfest daily . We arrived to the room, had to request another blanket because the blanket was so thin on the bed , housekeeping was knocking at 830 which was also disappointing as we arrived so late and wanted to sleep alittle later . Every morning they came at 830 am ! The pool was unusable and green so that was disappointing as well as we were hoping to utilize it coming from the north , my girls were bummed . I was informed after inquiring and speaking to a woman the next day about the website stating they served breakfest and was told there was new owners yet the website still said Baymont by Wyndam hotel , that is one of the reasons i booked them because i am formula with those hotel chains . The room was clean , a few towels had hair on them , had to request a hair dryer . There was only a few vistors the entire time we were there which was 4 days . For the price we paid I was disappointed and would not recommend them , the location was good close to resturants .

Hotel was clean and newly remodeled. Only thing is the new rooms have bright red curtains that do not match the rooms at all. The towels could be of better quality and there is not a hair dryer in the room.

It was rated a 10/10 execllent, I have stayed in better hotels rated 6 or even less that were equal or better, it was clean and the beds were comfortable now the negative, the bathroom was tissue., broken hinge on commode, no tissues or coffee pot in room, barely a continual breakfast
with signs Please do not take food back to room. $150 for one night.

The lady at the front desk was very nice but that night other guests who were staying decided it would be great to have a party on the balcony in front of our room until about 4 in the morning. None of the 8 people in my group got any sleep. we asked them to keep it down but they did not. also there was a brown stain on one of the pillow cases as well as dirt all over the floor.

Please don't book this property. I pulled to this location and it looked like a crime scene, very unsafe. Half of the doors were boarded up and the front desk staff was behind bullet proof glass. The check in was in a small vestibule. I asked to cancel my reservation they told me to contact Hotels.com. I never received a refund.

This was by far the worst experience and hotel I have ever stayed in! It was absolutely disgusting they didn’t clean anything the chairs had food caked on them the bed sheets were disgusting, the bathroom I can’t even explain how bad it was. The door lock was broken. And our toilet was broken the entire time! Like we will never be staying there again. The pictures are absolute lies!! I don’t recommend this place at all!

Room was newly remodeled, but had a strong stink of cigarettes. Building was in need of repairs. No breakfast because the lobby was filled with construction materials. Room keys failed after the cleaners came through. Room was dirty on arrival. It earns its 2 star hotel rating.

Very rude/horrible desk attendant. Wanted me to give them my pin # for my card n got an attitude when i refused. Told me i need to go elsewhere then. After almost an hour of back n forth, the finally got it to run under credit. (Dont accept cash). We booked 2 rooms, they were on opposite sides of the hotel from each other. Place wasn't busy but they said they were out of rooms. We booked 6 months in advance. The 2nd room we got was missing a bathroom door, n they said it was their last room. The beds weren't much better than sleeping on the floor. The pillows were so thin n stiff that they were useless. There are holes in the walls, half the light fixtures didn't work, dead bugs in corners. Breakfast is pre-bagged, consists of a baby water, nutrigrain bar n poptart.

Our room was musty each time we came in and the area outside of the hotel smelled like pot. Each night we had to get new keys because our keys wouldn’t work. There were puttied holes in the bathroom wall. The overall stay was very lacking in comparison to other Baymont’s we’ve stayed in before.

My family went to Covington to experience part of the TV series Vampire Diaries. Beware this is the only hotel apparently in Covington. All others are outside the area so be prepared to drive. The hotel staff is very rude. Barely answered any of our questions. The room was very dirty. You can visibly see mold in the bathroom area and sheets on the bed were stained. We also left a pair of shoes on day of checkout and when we called later that day they said they didn't see anything. So their housekeepers are thieves as well. I work in the hospitality industry and when are left behind they are supposed to be brought to lost and found for 30 days. Apparently this hotel doesn't follow that policy. BEWARE as this hotel will make no accommodation for you. We do not recommend this hotel or this company Wyndham.

We came for a family trip. When we parked there were two guys standing outside our door smoking weed. As I am sitting in my car one of the guys looks into my car and says stuff about my 8 year old daughter being pretty. We get our stuff in the room and knew right away that we were not staying there. There was no cover over the A/C / Heater so our 2 year old son would hurt himself on it. There was no fire detector and no fan in the shower, just an empty hole with tons of dust.
The only good thing about this place was the woman working the front desk (Did not get her name) She was sweet as can be and gave us a refund.

I did not like anything about this property and felt unsafe at the condition of the room. I would never choose to stay here again! I was expecting a better quality room. I understand that this wasn't a Marriott or Hilton, but this hotel can do better for its customers. Taping toilet paper to the blinds to hide people from looking in was unsafe. Dead bugs were on the floor and our feet were black after walking around the room for only a few minutes. I just don't think that the owner of Wyndham would approve of these conditions. We stayed in Savannah 11/13-11/14 at a Baymont and it was much nicer. This is the quality that I was expecting when I booked there in Covington, Ga. I would love for someone to get back to me regarding this issue.

The 3 day stay was without the appropriate towels and no service to change linens or clean daily. I killed 2 roaches and when calling front desk to advise, there were no answer. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again but will recommend to people who just don’t care.

Everything on the website was incorrect, they did not serve breakfast or have breakfast available, the temperature outside was 41 degrees at night, the heat did not work in the room. I feel I was cheated out of money on this hotel visit and I would like for you to at least give a partial refund

This is the type of motel where people live. Our neighbor had all of her and her kids belongings by the railing even in front of our room. The front door stuck so bad that every time we tried to get in we practically had to ram into the door. I booked a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed (there were 3 of us) and there was no sofa. We called the front desk and they said that’s all they had for us. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and the door was coming apart causing part of it to stick when shut. All the towels and rags had stains. We slept on top of the blankets and used our own because everything was disgusting. Our reservation was for 3 nights but we only stayed the first night.

I had reservations thru hotels . Com. I called to notify them I would arrive for my two day stay at 100 am and would need late check in. They said that was fine at 900 pm and pulled me up in system. I arrived at 1 am after driving 4 1/2 hrs to find I had no room. The hotel had overbooked by 10 rooms. I couldn’t find any in the town my race was in and had to drive 20 min out of my way for hotel. I had to pay $50 more and use more gas driving back and forth to Covington. I will never stay at that baymont inn again. I’d used them probably four times over the years but under new management and they suck.

Stained blanket. No fitted sheets. Toilet leaked. No towels. Asked to get different room and was told by the lady at the front desk that our room was considered clean and she had just checked it. The fire alarm wasn’t on the wall and was replaced by duct tape. Lights were shining in the room all night because we had no curtains. We had to move the lamp around to use light. Pool was a cesspool of green sludge. But the bed was comfortable

I went to two different rooms and the both smell like some has been smoking in the room. The room should have been nonsmoking. There were three men sleeping in the laundry room floor. The staff was helpful in trying to make me comfortable but there was not anything that they could offer to make this stay any better.

there was a woman at the gas station right next to the motel doing drugs behind the building. that was my favorite part. no clean towels just rags. the water didn’t shut off after showering. outlets suck ass, no power for any gaming systems. beds were comfy tho.

There was a strange smell as soon as you walk in and then we found a ton of bugs in the room. There was also used soap in the shower from the previous people that wasn’t cleaned up. The first time the toilet was used it clogged and called and asked for someone to bring a plunger cause that’s all it needed and no one ever came. It wasn’t terrible but we won’t be returning.

DO NOT STAY!!!! I am always skeptical of people’s reviews because some people are just being a “Karen” BUT LET ME TELL YOU!! This is NOTHING like the picture online. There was a hole in our wall, the ceiling was peeing off, the tub and toilet were NASTY, the bedding had brown stuff on it (I don’t think they washed anything) the shower rod was broken falling off, and the blinds look like a kid got ahold of them and broke them all. You can see directly into the room from outside in MANY spots. The hotel across from us had like 6 men outside cat calling us as we tried to get into our room. Needless to say we called expedia and got a refund and checked in at midnight and left at 1 am to drive all the way to Atlanta for an open hotel.
