The condo was nice and close to everything! We were able to walk or bike almost everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had great information on things to do. Overall it was a great stay!!

The condo was the perfect size for just the two of us. We loved the nice patio furniture and decor. Enjoyed having a mini coffee maker as we drink more than just a keurig amount! We would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The outdoor balcony was nice to use as our workstation.

The host was very responsive. Clean other than a few bugs I assume from the front door needing to be sealed. Very small space. No table and chairs to eat breakfast at other than the balcony. The balcony was spacious but it faces, and is next to a huge construction site-noisy! The elevator was broken and the stairway and outside property is a bit sketchy; we were surprised because 30A is so very nice.

Our host made sure to give us tips on how to better our beach vacation! Property was clean and cozy! The only thing that sucked was we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working! Didn’t mind going up the flights of stairs until we had biked all day and were exhausted and it made hauling luggage more difficult. Other than that everything was great!

Perfect for what we were looking for! Place was clean, in a great location, and had a great balcony!

It’s so cozy! We loved the size of the bathroom & balcony!! It was such a good distance to shops & good food! The bikes were our favorite add on because it allowed us to explore the town!

Great location, short walk to the beach.

Worst experience of my life. No information on checkin. Bag buggy had flat tires. Mislead on size of unit. Combination for entry did not work. No refrigerator. No even a trash can. I will never, ever use VRBO again. Just rediculous.

This is a great condo for 2 people. It is small but very nice and comfortable. There is a lot of outdoor space. The bathroom is a nice size with larger vanity. The kitchen is very nice and stocked though we didn’t do any cooking. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Beach entrance is very close too. Having the bicycles included really made this trip easy!

Only one criticism, the pictures showed a table and chairs in the condo for eating, but it had been removed. A table and chairs were on the balcony but it was too chilly to eat outside

This place was perfect and everything we were looking for when visiting Rosemary Beach for the first time. It was walkable and bike-able to everything in town. Having the bikes included with the place was absolutely perfect for us! The room was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Tina even went out of her way and left us wine and snacks! We will definitely be back for another trip to Rosemary Beach!

Loved that it was right next to Alys Beach. Great stay and the included bikes were the best part. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location, everything is within walking or biking distance. So nice that the property comes with bikes to use. The balcony was huge and wonderful. Owners were very helpful and responsive.

Thank you to the MOST hospitable and accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. Tina and Ray are wonderful, and the condo is fabulous. Right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, very walkable and enjoyable area. Thank you for one of our favorite places to come back to again and again.

Really liked that it was quite, The only bad was the construction going on right next door but I understand that has to happen so it was okay great area great restaurants but be prepared to pay

Me and my husband love Rosemary beach and the location of the condo was simply amazing. We walked every night in the downtown area and drove to all the beautiful beaches around. Super clean condo with all the amenities you need. We stayed 10 days and we didn’t miss anything. Tina was on top of everything asking all our questions and being so kind. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We cannot wait to be back!

Cute place, convenient to already have k-cups in place, but Starbucks within walking range, nice third floor view of pool, and surroundings. In winter there is probably a small view of water, but it’s a short walk or tram ride away. Restaurants nearby, sweet shops, walk to the Pearl and many places. Had everything we needed including morning balcony sitting.

It was a great vacay in a cute little condo! We enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants and having the tram to take us to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Hosts were great.

My wife and I loved our stay here for our anniversary trip. The suite was very clean and well decorated, and a short walk to the beach! Right next to Rosemary and Alys beach, the surrounding area was beautiful and had great food.

I love the location of this property, next to Alys beach and coffee shops and restaurants. This property has a big balcony and the room is super comfortable. All the instructions were clear and I had no issue with anything.

The condo looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Decorated very nicely! Great location for the price point. Easy to get to various restaurants and shops and the beach.

We had such a lovely stay. Everything went very smoothly, very clean condo, and easy walk to the beach! The owners were so sweet and checked in with us to make sure everything was going great.

Overall a great experience close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very pretty & very clean. Tina & Ray provided excellent service & timely responses. Amazing concierge service providers who answered all of our pre-stay questions & a couple while on-site. Appreciated the paper towels, toilet paper, Kuerig coffee cups, extra roll TP, dish soap, extra garbage bags & thin mints Girl Scouts cookies as an arrival gift. Loved the information binder which provided additional details about the beach, restaurants & shopping. Plus, I enjoyed reading the notes from previous renters. I left a message for future residents as well. The condo as other reviews indicated have too many pillows with only a little space to set anything down. We filled the closet with as many decorative pillows as possible & then found areas to stash the remaining pillows. Yes, there were that many. The patio is nice & having a corner unit provided a bit more outdoor space which is a nice feature especially since it’s a small condo. Condo space is similar to a hotel in a major city. Of course we weren’t in it for very long between visiting the beach, walking & dinner out. The advice to use Inlet Beach/Public beach vs the private beach associated with the property is excellent information We spent 2 out of 3 beach days at Inlet & it was a much nicer experience. Just arrive early to secure parking & a place on the beach. Highly Recommend: hooks on bathroom walls for towels & new mattress for bed!!
