We had a garden room with a patio, which was lovely. We did have to search for a second chair, and the door to the patio didn't open very well. But it was nice to have.

A kettle or coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

The property is very beautiful. Nice garden with a fantastic view. the hotel is very well located. The woman who checked us in was helpful and professional.

The breakfast. The dining room was too small for the number of guests. There was only one person working all three days and he didn’t seem to want to be there.

I have stayed here many times now and it is a very nice hotel with lovely gardens and pool area. The restaurant is quite good, although the menu is limited. Sometimes some items are off the menu.

The main issue I have with the hotel is that the wifi service is very poor and reception is unreliable. This may be ok for leisure travellers, but for business people, it is annoying. Frankly, for a 4 star hotel, this should not happen.

The staff were very friendly and especially informative about the local area. Breakfast was good even though the hotel was very quiet - the hot food was prepared on request rather than left out on warming trays.

It was difficult to find even with sat nav.
