The location is great

The house is dirty, bed sheets are dirty and the pillows are extremely dirty. There is a pungent smell coming from the bathroom so you have to keep it clean.

Got to stay in a good hotel at good location. Very reasonable price .

Only the location!

There are tons of points I have to address: 1) There used to be a frequent power outage every 10-15 mins at any point of time during the day and night. Generator would either work or not. 2) The room was nothing as shown in the photos here. No proper cleaning, amenities were there. 3) The staff was mute, rude, and will not even react to your requests. Despite asking for food menu several times, they didn’t share it. There was no intercom to contact the reception as they provided the mobile number they would respond to when they want. When asked that I’m unable to view even the free channels on TV, they said they will rectify this but they never came that day and next day the other guy unaware of my request said that no channel is free, we pay for the package which is obvious and known to everyone but they didn’t resolve anything. 4) I stayed there for 3 days but they never changed my used towel even once despite asking. One day when I was supposed to leave early morning for work, I asked if they can arrange a fresh towel and a toothpaste (even by pay), they blatantly refused. Such respect to your consumers! They would get into the room to setup the bed sheets and arrange stuff but never change the towel? There were wrappers inside the cupboard probably from previous visits and they never took the garbage out of the bin at least for once. 5) The worst thing out of all is when I checked in, they took my driving license to print out as an identity proof which they never returned even after I checked out (of course, my fault to forget about it too). I left Noida after checking out to New Delhi and realised they never returned my license so I contacted them on their mobile number and they said yes, they’ve the license. They asked to pick it up whenever I visit Noida again (when I’m visiting for a few days). I also told if they could speed post or if someone can come at the central point between Noida and Delhi which would be of great help and I expected a lot.
