Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors. Columbus weekend is really fun there Definitely eat at Opa restaurant you will be very pleased. I will absolutely be rebooking this place

Three old guys (65+) enjoyed our 2 night stay. Listing was as advertised. Clean and orderly. Great location for Federal Hill area!

My groomsmen and l stayed here the weekend of my wedding and everything was great! solid location if you like getting up to midnight shenanigans. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Also the host was very responsive. Kevin replied to every question or concern I had within minutes of me contacting him. He allowed us to have an early check in time as well as helping me coordinate a way to retrieve a lost item even though I was several states away. Highly recommend!

We came to Providence for a conference at the convention center. The house was conveniently located for that. Check in was easy, and house suited our needs.

Host was extremely responsive. Beautiful house and extremely convenient to downtown area. Walked to convention center within 10 minutes. Parking space was really nice to have. Overall it was a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Very easy to contact and work with Kevin. Many restaurants and the train station within walking distance. Convenient parking spot available at the house.

Great location. Covered parking for 1 car. Surprisingly quiet for how close it is to Atwells. Close enough to walk downtown for WaterFire event and nightlife. Host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

4 of us stayed for a one week fieldwork assignment and we had everything we needed + a short walk to great restaurants and easy access to the interstate!
I will say if you are renting a vehicle and you CAN make it with a small one, do it! We had a GMC Acadia and it was difficult to park and back out every day, especially when the neighbor was there! The washer could use a deep clean and we could have used more towels/washcloths, but no real complaints! We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend bringing a small fan or Sound machine if are a light sleeper just because of the nature of the environment :) mine helped me out a lot

My husband and I brought teenagers for an overnight to see WaterFire. It was great to have everyone in one place, but with their own spaces to crash. Nice parking, decent walk to the waterfront. We would do this again.

The property was very clean/well-kept, very spacious. The location is perfect when visiting downtown Providence.
The communication with the host was excellent, he responded almost immediately with helpful info both times I reached out with a question.
Any time I visit Providence with friends I will check to see it this house is available.

We had a quiet stay and did not inquire about tv. That was a missing part but caused us to read. I am not sure where more people would sleep if we had more than eight people. The floors squeaked while others slept. There were enough bedrooms to spread out. The road was narrow in that old part of the city.
