Very nice property, and is a close drive to cedar point and target.

We stayed in August of 2024. The inside is great, very clean, missing a few things like ice trays, hairdryer and oven. But you can make do. Comfortable beds. The layout is great. We put a child in the living room in the couch and used the dining room as our hub. My biggest complaint (and this may be my fault, I know there weren’t pictures of the outside) is that it’s a dump. I was certainly glad we had the second floor. Not only was the outside a dump and in a bad part of town. It’s on the main drag and impossible to sleep with all the noise. We used ac, fans and white noise from our phones but still not a great place to get any sleep.

I took my son and his friend to Cedar Point. This was a great place to stay since it was nice to have the extra space. The apartment had everything we needed and was nice and clean.

The house was great on the inside! Not familiar with the neighborhood, I just didn’t feel the desire to explore on foot. That said, we had no problems at all. The host was very responsive and prompt. To my delight, there was a coffee maker with pods available 😁! Great spot -10 mins from Cedar Point.

Came for the 2024 Eclipse… Clean place. Good host communication. Easy walk to lakefront. Perfect for our 2 night getaway!

We were in Sandusky for a national dance competition. Our first red flag should have been that there were NO pictures of the outside of the property! Our second red flag should have been that there were NO reviews. Unfortunately, I relied upon VRBOs "Premiere Host" designation on the listing. I will never do that again! Only after we booked our stay did we receive the address. IMMEDIATELY upon arrival, we knew we could not stay at this property. It is in an unsafe area in Sandusky. The surrounding properties are unkept, trash everywhere, and could be described as "The Hood". Hesitantly we exited the car. The smell of illegal drugs overwhelmed us. Our daughter asked, "Dad, did you bring your gun?" We received 25% of our money back but did not stay even one night. This property is a multiple unit property, this one being the top unit. The inside of the property has been fully renovated and is clean and nice but our gut feeling was that there was NO WAY we could feel safe staying there with our 9 year old daughter, us having to come and go at all hours of the day and night due to her competition. MAKE CERTAIN YOU ASK FOR THE ADDRESS, GOOGLE IT, AND GOOGLE THE SAFE AND UNSAFE PLACES TO STAY OR LIVE IN SANDUSKY. THIS AREA IS IN THE UNSAFE ZONE!

Well kept and clean unit conveniently located near Sports Force Park and Cedar Point also close to marina. Nice space for small family of 3-4. W/D was a plus. No oven just cook top so an air fryer would be a good alternative.

We had such a great time during our stay. Very nice cozy spot and my kids loved it too! Lots of character and very close to the park which made things so easy. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay while visiting Sandusky. Cheers!
