Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t get the hot water to come on in the sink or shower. We did not have a bar of soap for the bathroom sink although there was a soap dish. There were two of us but only one washcloth. Breakfast was ok. One of the curtain rods was out of the wall on one side.

The sink kept stopping up and the garbage disposal didn't work went to the office to get a plunger and the black guy said they didn't have any! There should be a plunger in every room.

Everything about the hotel could have been better cleanliness, comfort, and the rooms need to be updated with new appliances and furniture as well as the bathroom.

The location was quiet

The management was rude.

Bedbugs..bedbugs bedbugs ..the 2nd night we found a bedbug on the sheets. I got bit in the morning but didn't think it was besbugs until we can back to our room after a show and there it was. My friend only looked at one corner when we first got into the room. The man at the counter was not helpful at all even after I brought the bug to him in one of the hotel cups. Told us out only options were to gor to another room or leave.. Whe I asked for him to call his manager, told me it was impossible. I said nothing is impossible especially with bed bugs..straight faced either leave or take the new room. It's 2:30 am ehat else could we do bit take the room. Then told me to take the bug with us..what!! I brought it down for proof he reluctantly took it and I don't know what he did with it after that. The next day wasn't any different the manger implied that we had brought the bug in since they supposedly check every week..right. Then asked me to sent the pictures of the bites and the bug. I did then proceeded to charge me full price for the room . Stay any where else!!!
