Overall nice establishment. Room with whirlpool tub was smaller than expected. This accounts for the average scores.

couldn't adjust the amount watering the shower. When the water temperature was raised, the water volume become stronger.

Told the desk about an issue with the toilet at 6 PM when we went out for the evening. When we returned after 11 PM we discovered the issue had not been repaired or even looked at.

Staff was wonderful.

Price for a room was through the roof. However, that was not the issue. The first room I stayed in smelled overhwhelmingly like sweat or a gym. I was moved to a room on the 3rd floor after. That room however had the TV disconnected as well as a Leak from the sink that was dripping and puddling onto the floor. The staff of the hotel was fantastic and welcoming. They helped at a moments notice. However the facility itself is lacking quite a bit of general maintenance. It was not an idea stay but I was able to make it work.

The buffet breakfast was closed on 2 of the 3 days.

The beds are comfortable and offer a variety of pillows with varying degrees of firmness, so you are likely to find a pillow to suit your preference. The staff was friendly and efficient. Location was great.

It’s not the most stylish hotel I’ve been to, but that’s not really what you expect from a Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel is exactly what you expect- comfortable, spacious rooms with efficient staff.
