It was clean.

The internet did not work the entire stay. Well there was no internet as stated. So therefore the tvs did not work. And the guest contact Kenny would not answer the entire trip. The owner knew that there was no internet and didn’t try to inform us of that. I spent hours on the phone trying to reach people for the property. I request a refund of half and the only want to give 100 dollars for a trip we paid 817 to stay there. I don’t recommend stay here. I will be taking this matter to court because this is unfair to treat paying guest this way.

The space was nice for our group. We had 4 couples. TV's in each room. The only two positives of this rental.

The air conditioner couldn't keep up, so the floors felt sticky and wet the whole time. The pool looks NOTHING like the pictures. It was dirty, and the liner of the pool was coming out at the corners. We didn't feel safe swinming in it. The deck boxes were filled with dirty and moldy water floats. The house wasn't very clean, master bathtub was moldy, the house had cockroaches, and we had to throw away any open groceries, not in the refrigerator. The main bathroom is dangerous, to say the least. I am 5 feet tall, and the top of the tub went to the top of my hip. I fell, getting out of the tub, injuring my knee. I have pictures of the cockroaches and the condition of the master bath. It took almost a week for Kenny to respond to any of my questions before even getting to the house. He finally responded with an excuse that he didn't have access to the platforms sent to me with his contact information. I have those text messages. The whole experience was not satisfactory at all. One of the girls in our group let me know she found a cockroach in her luggage when she got home and unpacked. After all the money we spent on the house, we felt we had to stay. We left a note for Kenny 2 of the days he had to come over to attend to the air conditioner, but he did not respond to any of our concerns.
