Great location near city center and transportation. spacious rooms.

Very humble hotel, you can constantly hear the voices of people next door, creaking sounds of floors in the corridor and upstairs. extremely uncomfortable pillows and slow room service. tiny sink not even fit for a baby! and tinier bathroom. Limited breakfast, with same items every day.

The location of the hotel is close to public transport and some attractions. You can walk to old town itself. The reception staff is helping. The breakfast was very good.

The air-conditioning was not effective and it was noicy.

Great hotel, clean room, nice staff and very good breakfast. It was very close to the city centre. We will be definitely back.

1. The hotel is very close to is station and also in close proximity of all tourist attractions. 2. Breakfast was good 3. Luggage storage facility at reception was provided at no additional cost.

Very friendly staff, satisfying breakfast, very good location near the old city center and astronomical clock (aproximately 10 minutes walking). The view from the window of the room was also very good.

The location was great, and one receptionist who was there during the day was really kind and nice. The bathroom seemed to be reconstructed recently and it was clean.

We need to borrow the hair dryer with deposit (10 euro only in cash) and we asked to borrow it at night, all were already borrowed then we couldn't use it for a while. Fortunately someone returned it and we could use it but they just prepared around 10 hair dryers so definitely not enough for all guests. And the one receptionist who was there during night was very rude.

The floor attached carpets, they somehow gather dirtyness. That were also no slippers that I could use to move around. Had the feeling my foot was always dirty from the attached floor carpet
