Everything’s was okey

Stayed here many times and will stay again, the hotel is great the staff are great. the rooms spacious and clean the bathrooms and the shower also greta.

The lifts need changing

If I am working in Tarragona I always use this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are very spacious. and the tea and coffee a great benefit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. there is a gym open 24/7 great ideas.

Fridges in the rooms would be good. and also the bar closes to early 1 am would be better especially if you arrive late as I do, please also put milk in the rooms for the tea and coffee

Impossible to open the window except a small gap The shower handle is too close to the wall so one must hold it in hand for a comfortable shower

Having to cross the street with luggage because the hotel does not have underground parking beneath the hotel. Staff not much helpful. Very poor breakfast (no eggs of any sort 😕)

The room was so stinky. We were traveling with a 2yo and chose a double bed and twin bed; however, they gave us 3 SINGLE BEDS instead.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and would recomend it to anyone, great staff large rooms, clean and tidy with moder decoration. the location is not in the centre but a very plesant 20 minute walk away down the ramblers, so you dont even notice the disatnce.

Very good beds and pillows. Nice lobby, Gym, and café.

No vegan options for breakfast. The bathtub in the bathroom.

Great hotel and great location but the availability of the staff was beyond good.

The room was clean except some tiny spots (e.g. mirrors, behind furniture). Clean but could be better.

we have used this hotel many times in the past and always been very happy to stay here, it was basic but always clean and comfortable! and WOW what a change the new look is fantastic! the lobby the bar area the new gym! fantastic work guys . the rooms have had a facelift also very very good just missing a fridge. great work and the staff are as welcoming as always . great value hotel.

Everything except wifi.

The door and the wall are very thick and because of that the wifi in the room is very bad. You have to get close to the door if you want your internet to work normally. Internet at the reception is perfect.
