The room was very clean and bright and I also had a small balcony. Wi-Fi worked well, although I was at the third floor. Also, I did not hear any noise during the night. Sleeping at Pigal felt like sleeping at a friend's house.

I liked every aspect of my accomodation in Pigal. Nothing to say!

A superb hotel. Wonderful management and staff. All hotels should be run like this. I loved the common/kitchen area (and the coffee machine!)

My only issue was noise coming from the bar opposite late into the evening.

What can I say that hasn't been said already? It's lovely, like visiting a kindly relative, but it's also professional: it has keycard access, which is unusual in such a small hotel, and it's extremely clean. Has a microwave, plates, cutlery and a space to eat or work as well as. The location is spot on, and above all, the staff are lovely, so kind in telling you where to go for food etc. They speak excellent English

Super friendly staff! They will make you feel welcome. Apart from that, the hotel is well located: train station, harbor and historic center are within 10 minutes walking. The accommodation is basic but clean, you get the best value for your money here.

The room was very nice, very comfortable bed. Also the reception was very helpful. And a very nice equiped saloon to hang out. And the location almost next to the colonial forum is interesting too.

Everything!!! Xavier was a wonderful and informative host. Our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. He gave excellent recommendations where to go for food and best tourist locations even providing us with a map produced by him!! The hotel location was excellent for walking to all locations, cheap parking in an underground car park nearby and all for the most reasonable price. He even offered facilities for tea and coffee etc and an eating area downstairs if we didn't want to eat out (microwave, fridge and cutlery etc available to use).

I stayed at Pigal a couple of days and I will book again! Xavi drives this little and cozy hotel and he takes care of everything: he gave me an overview of the city and the places of interest according to my needs and the reasons why I am in the city. The room had everything I needed (even free tee!) and the common spaces were perfect to work remotely and feel home. Thanks a lot!

The cute items of decoration like the Montreal Olympics 1976 travel bag were good enough for me to give this hotel my 10 points review. But then I was made so welcome by Xavi, the hotel manager, that my brief out-of-season sightseeing visit in Tarragona exceeded all expectations. Moltes gràcies!

This hostel feel stay had clean rooms, private bathrooms outside the room, and a nice commons area, plus the location is perfect for Tarragona.

We stayed 2 nights in end of September. Receptionist is great, she went out of her way to help us and wait for us to arrive. Beds are comfortable, batroom is new and also rooms and new and renovated. Other stuff is super polite, there is a balkony, location is great

Common area seems a bit old but it is ok. Internet does not work at all in the rooms unfortunatelly, we were 1st floor. There is no airconditioning but a ventilator which for end of sept was great. Dont know how is it when temperatures are very hot. Shower does have a timer system but that is really not a problem. All in all I think the grade they have coresponds. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is great.

simple, clean, centre of town

Lovely host, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all main attractions and train/bus stations. The room was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning which is always a bonus. Good WiFi and access to kitchen facilities (cutlery, plates, condiments and fridge). Has a great coffee machine too at very accessible prices. Highly recommend.

For the money this place is excellent. I really appreciated the efficiency of Maria on the front desk. Multi-lingual, smart and cheerful.

Xavier was one of the most friendly helpful people I have come across in such a long time. So passionate about his city and took time to give us some great tips for our stay even though we arrived late. The shared fridge/ kitchen facilities are so handy and well thought out. The chairs in the lobby are a nice spot to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine before heading out.
