This place was a Godsend for me and my son that had ACL surgery! We needed a fenced in yard and a house with hardly any steps and this place was perfect! Luis could not have been better with communicating with any issue we may have had. Pictures online were true!

Everything was great. Loved the house and area it was in. It was all perfect for what we needed.

Big house comfortable for multigenerational family

The house is comfortable, clean and bright! We really appreciated the backyard and kitchen. My only concern is the back door and backyard at night. The back door did not lock and there isn’t proper lighting for safety.

We loved our stay in Arvada and this home played a huge part in a very successful visit with family in the area. The location is truly perfect. I quickly found the Apex Center Community Center nearby and we were less than five minutes from family and all the shopping options we needed. We particularly appreciated that the home is dog friendly. The yard is large, very secure and great for both people and pets! I was incredibly impressed with all the amenities and abundance of items we were likely to need. I've stayed in other homes that only provide the minimum, but Luis and Jessica stock this home well with not only basics but also with some lovely extras. The list of amenities is long! The finished basement is perfect for families with game tables (Ms. Pac Man, air hockey, foosball, video games) a huge television, twin trundle beds, and multiple large seating areas. There is a huge grill in the backyard and several covered seating options. It would be terrific in the summer - and was quite pleasant in the winter too. Jessica and Luis are incredibly responsive hosts! Communication was quick and easy. As snow approached they offered us the use of the garage. They provided instant snow removal and even asked if we would like to use their stored Christmas tree to decorate the house. The house is very accommodating, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We loved our stay and really didn't want to leave. I'm already planning my return trips. I'm quite grateful! Thank you.

This space was absolutely perfect. Both our adult children have little pups and they loved all the room to play. The kitchen was great for cooking up a meal all together. And we played lots of games upstairs and down. What a great time! It was a bit too chilly to be able to take advantage of relaxing in the backyard, but that is a fun option too. Thank you! You should be proud of this space.

Luis was an excellent communicator and his responses were quick to any questions or requests we made. We stayed near other family in the area for a wedding celebration. The house is ranch style which was easy for my elderly Mom to navigate. The outdoor grounds in backyard were sufficient as well as cooking utensils in kitchen.

Property very much as shown online. Owner provided pet crate which was very useful when we went out to spots where we could not take our dog. Close to mountain trails and Old Towne Arvada. Great outdoor area to enjoy cooler mornings and evenings.

Very clean, all appliance function properly, owner responded promptly to plumbing issue.

We loved this house. We stayed for 2 weeks. The neighborhood is beautiful. The backyard was amazing. I can’t say enough of how great the backyard was. We would definitely stay at this amazing Arvada house again!

Lovely property

The location was perfect as we were visiting our son who lives six houses away. Everything was clean and the hosts were very responsive. We could have used more flatware, and the garbage bags were hard to put in the can, but those are very small constructive criticisms. We loved the house and would definitely rent it again. Thank you!
