The bed was sooo amazing! It was really comfortable and big. The sleeping room had everything you needed, even a small watercooker and a few tea bags. The bathroom was clean and there was a a walk in shower. The facilities in the bathroom were completely modern. The staff was especially nice and helpful. At breakfast there was a small buffet and the staff made us scrambled eggs as we liked them. We would gladly come again:)
- Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel is in an excellent spot and has an amazing view over the city of Volos and the village of Makrinitsa, our room also shared the same view. We also had breakfast during our stay and we were really really satisfied with the quality, variety and taste of the options, highly recommend the visitor to try the breakfast. Lastly, all the members of staff we met were very helpful and tried to help us with everything we needed.
The only thing that was not up to par was the shower as the shower curtain and curtain rail were dropping making shower not as pleased, especially because this is such a nice hotel and the rest of the room looked and was so beautiful.

Beautiful location, nice room. We upgraded our room because the bed in the standard room was too small and this was a great decision! The cocomat bed in the suite slept amazing
Its very pricy. The original price was something like 360 euro per night and I dont think that this justifies the room/hotel. We booked last minute, so it was like half the price, but still pretty steep.
No gluten free options at breakfast

Newly renovated bedroom and bathroom, clean. Air con very welcome. Comfortable bed, nice bedding. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast view from balcony. Comfortable reception area with plenty seating. Lovely wooded walk nearby with streams. Nice village with shops selling local produce.
Booked a mountain view. Didn’t get one - even if you hang out the window a stretch your neck! Disappointing as after a huge journey I booked that to enjoy in the morning. Village view, no curtains only doilly nets which don’t cover the window so awake with bright street lights. No shower hanging so have to hold the shower with one hand as you wash. Basic breakfast- continental with only eggs as the warm part - eg no toast.

Great location on the top of the hill with crazy views. Very stylish, clean and comfortable. For the travellers with a car only

The hotel is in the centre of the village and everything in a walking distance away.
The staff was very polite and ready to serve. All our requests were satisfied.
The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.
Kid-friendly hotel.
The street view rooms are not the best choice. We should have gone for the mountain view ones.

The bath was without shower curtain or glass
There was no view even though the name of the room said there was a view

The room was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Location very central. Although our room looked towards the street, it was quiet enough.
Breakfast - I suggest adding some choices for people on a no sugar and low fat diet.

The room was absolutely cosy with a fireplace and with a fantastic view of Volos and surrounding mountain. Perfect location to explore the area( perfectly centered to everything). Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff with wonderful suggestions for what to explore.

Beautiful location in the middle of everything of village, very warm room in the winter time of low temperatures outside. Fireplace and many woods already arranged inside were included! Very Clean and comfy room with great view.
Everything was great and very warm. The only comment here is that there was not too much facilities in the suite room (for example an espresso machine, some beverages would be a plus).

location is good and in the center of action
The basic room is not comfortable at all.
The bed is cranky and small, so if you appreciate a good night sleep you are forced to upgrade.
which we did.
We has mosquitoes in our room every night and we requested not to enter our room as we were packing but surprisingly we got back from our hike finding our room not at the same situation as we left it.
Last and most frustrating - we didn’t have hot water in the shower .

had a free upgrade to Junior suite. lovely views from the room. Very good breakfast. Free parking on the square. Very close to restaurants.

Great staff, very helpful and nice, offered us an upgrade ( that, sadly, we had to refuse because of the size of the second bed - would have been enough for just one adult or maybe two children, we were 4 adults ).
Best location, right in the centre. Private parking.
The room ( apartment ) that we booked was in the farthest / lowest building ( no elevator, lots of stairs ), which could be a problem if you carried lot of luggage, was smelly and with a bathroom that needed refurbishment the day before yesterday ( not so clean either )...and we had a small scorpion on the ceiling in the morning :-))) .
To be avoided!!!
But...the room that we could have had as an upgrade was very nice, with modern bathroom and direct by the elevator.

We did get the Suite and had a balcony and excellent views. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was large and spotless with marble walls and floor. Breakfast was excellent and the cheese and spinach pie was brilliant. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby and cocktails in the town square were great.
Indeed they did not make any mistakes.

We had a great balcony with amazing views.
There were some delicious pastries in the breakfast.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful with any issue/problem we had.
The hot water in the shower finished quickly, and one of us had to take a shower in cold water. After we spoke with the reception in the second night, they were able to fix it, but it's not acceptable to ask for hot water and wait.
The breakfast is overall ok, but can be a bit more varied (and ready on time).
Overall, the hotel is good, but it's too expensive in compare to the experience.
