Big space, comfortable, great breakfast

A great place for couples. Not too far from village center (by driving). Very friendly staff. great view. Designed with great taste.

1. Maintenance issues: When we arrived we found 2 faults with the shower. We reported the front desk that told us that it will be fixed the next day. On the next day, when returning to the hotel in the evening, the front desk told us all is fixed. When we used the shower again we found that nothing was fixed :(. My guess: the maintenance people have mislead the front desk with false information. 2. As a SPA hotel we were surprised that the Sauna and Jacuzzi are not free at all times and that massages were not available at the time we visited.

beautiful views over the valley. some of the furniture already show that the hotel was built some time back but it is still very comfortable. we tried the spa as well with a nice sauna and a huge jacuzzi. the art work decoration very tasteful

Room was very dark, not enough lighting. No space to put suitcase.

The hotel is very well located near Portaria village. It's quite and all the facilities are new and modern.

The toilet requires a separate dedicated room with a proper door.

Great Location 5’ from the center of Portaria. Very nice hotel, nice rooms even the Standard type of room is like a suite. Spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious with homemade pies every day. A must to try is a massage treatment, masseuse is the best!!! Excellent value for money!

Absolutely Nothing

Everything else! There's not much to fault. We were lucky to have arrived 1 month after the completion of the new pool area which is breathtaking. The rooms are excellent and all of the other facilities were perfect.

Restaurant was average. There are many better options for food in the local towns of Portaria and Makrynitsa. I think this will improve with time though as the staff seemed quite new.
