The glass wall in the bedroom. It is useless since one seeks mostly darkness for a better sleep unless there is a nice view, which wasn't the case!

The morning staff was very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and clean. And the value is unbeatable.

Parking is very very limited, but there is places nearby to park.

Cuando llegue la persona que estaba en recepción no fue amable, parece que estaba de mal humor y la pague yo esto fue al llegar al lugar, a la salida comp había otro personal fue muy diferente, pero no me quedaron ganas de volver

The faucet in the kitchen and bathroom leaked water, the bathroom door was dragging, the main door of the building cannot be opened with the same key as the room, what I liked least was the attitude of the security guard. the treatment seemed very unpleasant

Falta una cortina para la luz natural de la recámara y q las paredes son delgadas y escuchamos lo q pasa al lado. Una secadora de pelo sería bueno q hubiera, también.

Everything about the place is incredible! Affordable and specially if you have pets or little pets is incredible how comfortable and simple is for them to enjoy there too. The location is great!, the place is clean, peaceful, absolutely great experience, staff is profesional and friendly and so are with animals too. Even the people that lives there are nice and great people!. 10/10

Lovely stay. Living room was huge. Bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff. Excellent location only 2 blocks from Revolution. Nice and quiet but close enough to bars and restaurants. Also Oxxo a 1 minute walk away.

We extended our stay by 1 night so stayed in Eazy Centro again. Lovely place, huge living room and bed super comfortable. Great location. Close to bars and restaurants.

Очень приятное место, у нас был большой номер с 2 спальнями. Мебель, матрасы и ванная комната отличные.

- Видимо, здесь принято ходить в обуви - полы были очень грязные. Так как мои дети ходят босиком и потом лезут в кровать, мне пришлось отмыть их самой. Уборки в номере не было ни разу за 5 дней проживания. - Кондиционер был только на кухне, поэтому ночью спали с открытыми дверьми спальни. Открывать на ночь окна не реально, т.к. отель у самой дороги и шумно от машин. Плюс рано утром около 6 где-то рядом включают громкую музыку.

The staff was very welcoming and made some accommodations when urgently needed so it made us extremely happy! Make sure you check out the rooftop with the nice view, the game room and the gym which were all amazing.

Room size exceeded my expectations. There’s ample space to relax and comfy beds for a good night’s sleep. The staff were all great, and the managers were terrific - responsive, helpful, and compassionate. They let me check in earlier and I couldn't have been more grateful because I walked from San Ysidro. Location is that central. It's a real gem in downtown Tijuana and it’s become my first choice whenever I visit Tijuana.

Nope, and I've stayed here several dozen times since the beginning of the year.

Studio size was quite big and very easy to enjoy during a long stay. Security was also very friendly and always has someone at front lobby. Key card to let yourself in makes this place extra secure. Mini split ac unit in room was perfect for the hotter temperatures and room stayed a cool breeze without a problem.

Can't complain about anything. Perhaps having a safe for storing valuables while roaming the city.

There was a mini stove just in case I wanted cook something myself

I couldn't find anyone at the time at the time of check in during Broad day light took about 10 minutes before someone showed up. night shift personnel wasn't too professional felt like i was talking to some random person from the street rather than a receptionist from a hotel. Space to reach refrigerator was extremely tight. Some how central system is somehow connected I could smell everything my neighbor was cooking the whole time

A lot of people doing noise and screaming. No windows. Old furniture that seems dirty. No respect of the rules.

I loved the location and the privacy of facility. Made me feel like I was back in Washington DC..😍

Didn't have hot water the first 2 days, so I asked housekeeping after the second day and she moved me from 206 to 218. I was told that I could not cut through the concierge closet so I had to take all of my stuff around the hallway very inconvenient for me. This made me late for my business appointment so I had to reschedule. Houseman made a racial comment not knowing that my mom is Spanish, so I understood very well what he was saying , i did not let that discourage my stay. As a black business owner I must say I was disappointed in this property. I am not going to say that I will not stay at this property again but it will be a while before I do stay there again...! Asked about extending my stay there but did not get a response till 23 hours later....* So I relocated to the Hotel valerio with all of the owner's rep. ! ! !
