Las instalaciones y la ubicación te permiten tener una buena estancia sin problemas de parking o movilidad. Las dimensiones de las habitaciones es muy buena para una estancia cómoda.

La pantalla no tenía señal de canales, pero o fue problema.

The staff is very attentive with all clients not just me. They’re very apologetic, and responsive when on site if you have any issues, concerns, or questions. I don’t feel I come to a hotel, but rather a second home! It’s kinda cozy and the feel I get from each of the staff, and the general vibe around here it just makes me so comfy! I love the location, it’s near several points of interest as well.

I really enjoyed the location and space of the apartment, staff was very nice and friendly, there was a space for parking and they give you a key to open the front and back door of the building which allowed us to go in and out at whatever time we wanted

Before going to bed we noticed red lipstick stains on our pillowcase and the toilet seat was dirty as well as some of the plates

El personal muy atento y amable. Súper céntrico y bien ubicado, lo mejor que se puede encontrar en la zona relación precio calidad, es muy cómodo y silencioso. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

I really like how safe it was. There are keycards used to get into the property, into the parking lot, leaving the parking lot and into the room. The parking is a parking lot not a garage, but again, it’s very safe. I loved that we are able to bring my dog, for a few of 500 pesos which today is like $30 for our stay. Online it says it’s a fee for anyone staying 1-7 days. While my dog rested in the apartment, we went out and explored the city. We had no issues with her staying alone. One thing to note, is that there isn’t a place to take your dog to do their business, so you have to go outside to a small section of rocks or in the median of the street that has grass. They have security 24/7. I’ve read reviews about the noise from the bar next door and we stayed on the first floor right across from it. The noise was very muted. It really did not bother us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The shower is small, so if you’re bigger, it is kinda hard to move around. I liked that there was a full size fridge and a small stove top. If you Olán to use the community kitchen you have to have your own lighter to ignite the stove.

The internet would take a long time to connect or would be very slow. We connected to the correct floor internet as indicated and still had these issues. One thing to note is that they take pictures of your IDs for all adults. I felt a bit uncomfortable with that since it has personal information on there. They did say that this is for security purposes and to ensure everyone entering the hotel is supposed to be there. But this can also work if they just take pictures of us and not the IDs.

The place itself is great, very clean, modern, great night staff. Love the onsite, secured parking and ease of getting there.

There was no place in the bathroom to set toiletries down, no TV in the room and the noise form the brewery right next door was brutal.

Me pareció un concepto muy moderno, con mucha privacidad, con un estacionamiento amplio y una habitación muy grande y confortable, particularmente la cama que era muy cómoda. Además el hotel tiene muchos espacios comunes para las y los huéspedes, como un área de comedor, gimnasio, área de juegos, barra de café, entre otros.

Sugeriría un anuncio del establecimiento más grande y visible para que facilité su identificación a la llegada de las y los huéspedes.

The apartment was very comfortable and a good value for the price.

Toilet didn’t work entire stay, lady at desk said it’s because you can’t put toilet paper in toilet in Mexico which is a lie as I’ve been to TJ many many times and never had this so aside from the very low pressure in toilet, have to plunge every time we had a bowel movement and having to put nasty tissue and trash can stay was great. Oh and they didn’t even give us soap in the bathroom we had to ask several times for hand soap and dish soap.

The building is in a great location, many food options and stores within walking distance. Very spacious, clean.

Only had one trash can in the entire apt, no extra towels or TP given. Common area was super nice, but very stuffy and hot at all hours.

Location

I reserved a "Stylish Room" and I pay more that the standard room and when I arrived at 5pm the room as not available when i recevied an email that check in was ready at 2pm. The room I got was small, not the stylish one with very small window. I complained and the lady told me to wait 1 hr to see if they can give me a better room. ?? what the F.... I will never stay there again. sorry.. By the way I paid more that the standard room I received the worst room in the building.
