Comfortable bed, great shower.

Pillow case stained & hairs in bed. No kettle, cups or even a plastic cup in the room. No soap at sink. I Arrived at 6pm had to check in at the Chinese restaurant counter given no information about Wi-Fi or any details about breakfast & no information in the room just a menu for the Chinese restaurant. Went down to see about breakfast at 8.10am no staff around no lights on some cereal boxes on a shelf & coffee in a percolator (but for how long I had no idea) A few pieces of fruit on a cake stand and that was it. So I left without any breakfast as it looked liked it was not open for breakfast service.

Booking.com stated that the property had a bath and when we got there I was told they don’t have one and that they had asked booking.com to take that off the advertisement. Other than that our stay was lovely and the hotel was spotless clean.

That I was all excited hoping that I could have a bath after a long day traveling.

Comfy, and a chinese restaurant downstairs with some very good food.

The position was not ideal- it was very difficult to find and parking was difficult.

The location was very good, very close to city centre and easily accessible. Staffing was a bit bare but everything was made available.

I really missed tea facilities in the room. Will look for a hotel with the facility next time I'm booking.

Only two minutes walk from the train and bus station! Breakfast included with an acceptable selection to choose from (cereals, fruits, toast) Restaurant on the ground floor with good oriental food.

The walls are really thin and you hear everything from your next door neighbour's, especially their TV which is at your bed head end. The rooms facing the street also have that additional noise level but that's to be expected almost anywhere.

Very comfortable and friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast isn't good. Just a few cereals, instant coffee and tea.

Nothing...Absolutely dreadful...did not sleep a wink because of noises form the plumbing/ Complained to Mgt who promised a refund but they never followed up. Breakfast was do it yourself from a toaster and kettle in the dining room.

Quite basic and expensive (due to limited accommodation availability) for what was on offer. Skylight woke me each morning at dawn and couldn't be blocked. Breakfast was very limited. Not suitable for work travellers, no iron in room.

The room was spacious and we actually had a private bathroom, which was not mention (not in the room, but for our use only). The breakfast was included which was a really good surprise as it was already the cheapest room in the area.

Nothing particularly. For an improvement, it could be nice to have bedside lamps. We didn't watch the TV, but if anyone would like too, it's not really orientated to be watch from any of the beds.
