Shower blocked. Messaged via booking.com. Reply could best be described as “not my problem mate”. Said owner had to approve a plumber and couldn’t be reached. Not impressive with 6 people wanting showers.

It was just amazing, so clean and modern and the small gestures eg tea bags, toilet roll etc made it even nicer! The beds were so comfortable and we felt like we were at home!

My only upset was banging my head on the lovely original beams. My own fault really and I’m being picky

I loved the lovely soft carpets , the shower cubical is really big , flat is very clean and it also has a table and chairs to eat. The bedroom with double bed in is lovely and spacious . The lady who owns the flat was really helpful. The Flat entrance is only a few seconds away from the Quay front which is lovely.

We had trouble with the T.V and could not get alot of channel's which the lady did try and help over the phone With. The mattress was very hard and I had to sleep on top of the quilt with a throw that was on the bed over me but alot of people like a really firm bed I know. My friend struggled to get in and out of bottom bunks as there is another bunk bed very close but if there was only one set of bunk beds or even better two singles in the room it would be fantastic.

The location was ideal. Right on the habour front. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The flat was lovely and clean. Lovely big shower. Plenty of cooking equipment provided.

Think there should only be 2 bunks beds in the 2nd bedroom as it was very cramped in between the beds. It was very clear where we had to pick up the key but think the host should say you have to enter round the side of the building not the front as we trouble finding the entrance.
