Så fornøyd med alt,flott hotell og nydelig frokost. Ble så godt tatt i mot og alt ble så godt tilrettelagt for oss som hadde med oss hund. Som røyker ble jeg også tatt godt i mot. Vil tilbake her!

Frokostbuffeten var mangelfuld - kald å for lite stekt bacon, og altfor lite av den. Tør og usaltet eggerøre og kaffe tanken var tom så flere stod i kaffekø.

Nice location, nice view over the fjord. Included parking makes everything easy.
Good breakfast, enough options not to get bored for a few days. Even the filter coffee is acceptable.
Nice restaurant for a drink nearby the water, or if you want a place to have dinner (especially the beef steak).
Bed linens and towels clean and fresh, cleanliness in the rest of the room also ok.
Low water pressure at the shower.
The coffee samples in our room had not been filled before we arrived (I only noticed this in the morning of the last day, when I was actually planning to make one...).
Chairs on the balcony pretty uncomfortable.

The staff was very efficient and helpful. The food is really good.
If your room faces the river, you will have a lot of noise from the bars and restaurants on the other bank. In summer they go on until 1 or 2 am and it is impossible to leave your window open and it is too hot at night.

Hotel was under building construction. They did not warned us for that. Builders started at 6.30.

Only two small pillows, we got another two on request - so that was good

The shower did not provide sufficient amount of water - with other words that should have ben better
The floor heating in the bathroom did not come on properly - cold feets are not nice

The hotel advertise as a dog friendly hotel . However only one room is available for people travelling with pets, so no choice . This room is next to the machinery of the ventilation system of the hotel. When we travel with our dog, we like to open the window . However the noise from ventilatoren was untolerabe.

The sliding doors at the elevator was scratched from the wall when was opening.
Not refilling the empty plates at the buffet in breakfast. Guessing because of lack of employees. Was waiting for someone to ask for cappuccino but was busy in kitchen. When I mentioned to the reception they were very sorry and offered me a coffee but then we were already check out. Cant complain for the receptionist.
The food in restaurant was tasty but little portions and expensive.
