Very bad customer service, they missed my Diabetic Injection plus they owner Nadia Sikandar and her young Doughter have no manners, and they cheat and fraud the clients and they speak very rudely and their language and attitude is very bad and vulgar. I came from the UK, but they treat me badly. I am highly disappointed and not recommend this hotel to stay.

When I reached by confirmation booking by booking.com then there staff has to provide me a room and switch on the air-conditioned. Then a lady came to demands me Rs.5000 for room,s rent then I Replied softly for wait for 10 minutes but she didn't agreed and told me to get outside till the confirm payment but I many requested for please let me check some swap the guest house but she refused my request and Booking.com also not respond on that time. But it is part of the Lifee so please ignore it. And thank you for the help and support me.

They were not giving us the keys. The towel was stinking. AC was running all night on 16, they were not giving remote control to adjust it. The water in washroom has a bad odor. Despite booking and informed in advance of our arrival, they kept us waiting for 45 minutes. They wanted to renegotiate the rent.

they initially said no room available and I have to force them to give me room as they said the room I booked was under construction. and they were charging me double price initially. behavior was very bad at first stance.

I don’t like anything about the property

no shower facilities, no water either in sink either in shower room , not even Cold water , when I asked for hot water they said that everyone use cold so they don’t provide hot water at all in shower 😂 We got a double king room with no tv signal at all no remote to AC system and with smelly toilet bcs water in the toilet wasn’t flash at all after using , so disgusting really, I can understand that for price of 6k rupees (20pounds) I can’t expect much but still it’s just unbelievable to have a stay in that kind of room . staff was ok the elder lady very nice and polite made us good deal with a price , unfortunately her assistant ( teenager girl I think ) with no manners at all , tried to shout something and argued a lot with my partner in her own language even she speaks English fluently , what was completely rude as I was the person who made booking and I should get my answer in English, no professional at all. I would suggest to employee more kind ppl not with high attitude. Room was clean , atleast bed was comfortable and room was silent so rest was possible somehow
